I stupidly bought a suit and trousers from this company. Website and fabric choice was good but what arrived was widely outsized with a rip in the sleeve. Customer service was slow and unhelpful to resolve - suggested I went to a tailors to get the suit adjusted to my measurements. The fabric quality is good but the cut is laughable - looks like ‘my first suit’ Bought from a charity shop. Trousers never arrived. In the end $400 wasted - no chance of refund and no recourse. Tried to claim the money through pay-pal but rejected as this type of purchase is not covered by their payment protection. AVOID!!! I feel stupid, don’t make the same mistake I did. I am doubtful of the positive reviews on here - funny how there are only 5 star and 1 star reviews On trustpilot isn’t it?

My son ordered three suits for his wedding party. They are all extremely tight particularly the pants. After reading all the reviews, I wish I had been there to steer him away from this company. The fact that there is no phone number to contact the company is extremely frustrating. Their policy says that they leave enough fabric for tailoring, but this is not the case. One pair has one eighth of an inch seam allowance and each pair of pants has a different seam allowance. This does not seem like a sign of quality.
Don't be lured by high brand fabrics, tailoring is woeful
I really wanted this to work...the fabrics, the freedom to design. I was all set to order a linen suit, corduroy suit and harris tweed in the Winter. Alas it appears I am the next poor soul to have been lured by the promise of fine tailoring only to be sold a shapeless bag of a shirt. The worst shirt for fit I have ever put on. I went with a shirt as a tester having read the reviews and thought I'm pretty confident that with clear instructions, and friendly communication I could nail it. I was so exact with my measurements...fervently remeasuring...even going to a tailor. instruction for "slim fit", waist and chest swamped me. (my chest and stomach: 42.75 and 37, they gave me a shirt of 48in chest and 42 inch stomach) felt like a winner in a weight loss after photo. "just look at the shirt I used to wear!"
Customer service was exactly like I had read on here (not on their website reviews, surprising that..) 20% discount on next order, take it to a tailor. I've also noticed they are targeting negative reviews on Trustpilot, it's obvious they are trying to bog down the review process to silence people who clearly feel ripped off. Ready to wear is infinitely better and in many cases cheaper.
I would finally like to apologise to everyone who was involved in shipping this item to me, not worth the carbon footprint.
The quality of work for the suit is good, however there are 2 major issues: Apparently Lt. Tweed material, which I ordered, is not real tweed and looks very bad. Please make sure you ask about the quality of material before you order, because there is no way to know that Lt. tweed is bad quality material. The second issue is that the sleeves are very narrow. I am not a bulky guy, but I can not get my arms through the sleeves. I have purchased many suits throughout my life and I have never gotten one with the sleeves so narrow, where I can not put my arms through them. The management has not been very responsive to my complaints, and it wasn't until I notified the credit card company of the issues, that they started working with me. They have not offered any resolution, other than suggested to buy a different jacket at half the price. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
Extremely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I had 8 guys order suits for my wedding . The ones who actually got the suit all had problems, some major, some minor. Whatever. The bigger problem is they have zero customer service. No phone numbers, only email, (if your lucky to get one back)! I leterslly spent 2 weeks emailing their company and got nothing but a middle finger.
My suit was, I would say a 3/10. The front looked decent and the vest was pretty nice. The back,shoulders, and tail were a complete mess. The 3 tailors I took it to literally laughed. When I asked what could be done (on several occasions) they basically shut the door in my face. They blamed it on my measurements, which were correct, and then stopped answering my emails. You know the groom who just made this company thousands of dollars. It gets worse...
one of my groomsmen never even got his suit. He placed the order almost 4 months ahead of time. He and I both send several emails begging for an update and nothing but sarcastic remarks, especially from their employee Pearl!
Final result, I ended up buying another suit from a real company and my lonely groomsmen went elsewhere, bc he had no other option..
This company is a joke.. they might advertise a custom hand made suit but they are garbage. By far the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I very much recommend go somewhere else.
