Staff seems to like to make up numbers related to taxes paid and refunded for longer stays beyond 30 days. This ends as theft usually.
Takes deposit for rooms with damage and more damage made by staff. Why do that?
People in Room 246 are involved in spying on other persons in hotel.
They never once have taken a shower in their unit which is next to mine.
They never sneeze, cough, or speak on the phone or to each other. Odd.
I am here many long hours and my routine varies. And I can hear or notice that their pattern of use is not consistent with living there.
This extends then into harassment based on my actions in my unit.
I take a shower they bash on the floor with something heavy, listen to when I wring out the wash cloth and water splashes onto tub floor and based on that they bash on the walls.
Done in effort to make me fall or slip in there. Done to startle the person using the unit.
The other day they bash on the wall deflecting it and knocking out the power cord to my digital clock radio. More rocket science for you.
Use the phone or computer, they stomp on the floor to make my floor shake and my chair shake as I sit.
Cleaners on hotel staff in room next to mine violently slam their body into the wall and with that deflect the wall over 2 inches and causing damage to my room. Dresser with 6 drawers has flat screen on top and cable and power cord are between back of unit and wall. This has damaged and cut the cables and power cord. Brilliant idea !
Hotel manager discussed the concern with me by phone and makes excuse that the hotel is old and construction is not so good. I said this is violence and needless acts by staff. A lie on his part.
He makes other mention of people complaining about those bashing on floors etc. Seems his way to say that this is not true based on fact I complained before about just that. Someone above me standing below their kitchen lamp knowing mine is below them and stomping on the floor like a raped ape. Their fault.
This also smacks of Police being present to observe and harass others this way, no legal basis to do this..... and this gets into larger and worse crimes done to me personally.
Likely an effort to claim they have a need and right to do this. Not true.
This is prosecutable for all those involved.

Woman with batman t shirt and driving white japanese import car slams door in room 205 below me this goes on for 8 weeks in effort to shove furniture I sit on into my backside. Using floor in my room becomes impossible.
Has to be directed at me and hotel is complicit in order to put her there and me above her.
People in room next time mine with small child bash on walls and attached table and floors for two days from Friday to Sunday night. Then change rooms on other side of me, stop the behavior, and then hang around my door with want to forget where they live. Looks like a vanity play based on HSL Tucson. Later Tempe Police arrest the male and then he returns to live down stairs a few days later. Shills of the law and Tempe Police hang around making hand gestures at my door. Frauds.
Front desk and manager Analilia Pino steals tax monies or money in lieu of taxes not owed which vary initially from 4% with the want to refund me $132 and not the $172 owed me for the first 30 days stay, then I am billed only the room rate for the next 28 days which is right, and then when she helps again I am billed $20 over the next 28 days with the claim some tax never goes away. Which is wrong. And tax now is down to 2%. And always is $20 or $40 dollars even. This woman is a liar and thief.
Vanity play based on NY State and their tax frauds. I've seen this before with these people.
Attempts to book additional days online have front desk staff and this manager ask me if I am checking out, they seem not to be able to read the note I made with the information on it, are unsure of what the goal is and seem not to know what a reservation is. They do seem to be able to read the $100 and $20 USD bills I pay them with. ;)
Now the strange part....
Observations confirmed regarding electronic harassment. Witness maintenance man slam door to his shop room in Bldg 3, I am in Bldg 2. My floor shakes. Man washes car in lot down near interstate in Bldg 3, slams doors to car, each time my floor and walls shake. Same for other car parked near me closer to my room still next to Bldg 3, each event caused floor and walls to shake. Confirms other behaviors made with cars with loud exhaust note, phasing and number of peaks is translated into dirac or impulses made into floor and wall of structure. Has to be done with one or more microphones and some form of mechanical transducer to cause this. A form of abuse possibly, not sure why just sure that it IS being done.
Overall you can NOT do this at all. It makes one wonder how and why it has gone on so long. You tell me.

A woman named Sylvia Williams has been the manager of the Studio 6 on Roswell road in north Atlanta for years. I suppose the poor woman cannot get a job anywhere else due to her terrible reputation and has threatened Accor with litigation if they fired her. While a guest at this hotel, I complained about bed bugs and requested to be moved due to unruly guests in the room next to mine. During my two-week stay, the manager harassed me constantly and I got into a verbal altercation with her in the parking lot in plain view of other guests. The entire situation was over my complaints of bed bugs and the management's refusal to do anything about it. This woman even called the police, lied, and filed a false police report on me. I later learned from the Roswell Police that this is standard operating procedure for Sylvia and that they were tired of it.
Following the incident with Sylvia, I sent a complaint to the corporate office and received absolutely no results. Corporate was as unprofessional as Sylvia and condoned her behavior as a normal part of the company's corporate culture. Be warned. Do not stay at or work for the Accor corporation unless you can accept marginalization and no standards. I have not and will never patronize another Motel 6 or related hotel property since this time.
