These people lie! They are not associated with my student loans...they charge a fee, to supposedly help students lower their loan depts. They did not have my account information, but managed to withdraw money from my account under the name of James whipstock! When I tried to contact them in regards to this matter I got a message saying no one was available to take my call, and was disconnected! Do not trust these people!
