Spencer" not only does he have a terrible history and a bad reputation, but has also failed to meet employee employer agreements with more than a few fronts, including but not limited to, compensation, employee employer agreements and benefits packages, failure to provide payroll schedules, hours, or even proof of income (such as when an employee needs to purchase or lease). I have all of our written correspondence since almost day 1, and more than a few statements and testimonials from other employees. As the Chief Marketing Officer of the entity, Jason has made me very generous offers and agreements, both verbally and in writing, which he has failed and blatantly refused to meet. Furthermore, Jason humiliated me and other colleagues in front of our peers, and on an anger tantrum with a former employee (who was just asking for her rightful pay check) he threw a chair, and stormed out saying "stop talking like you're going to sue".
This man has hurt many former and present employees, including myself and he needs to be brought to justice, because the extent of the damage that he has inflicted, reaches beyond employees to clients. Where on several counts Jason KNOWINGLY input false information on Federal Student Aid Program applications to decrease income driven payment amounts for clients, by providing a higher family size figure. This is part of the Federal Trade Commission’s “Operation Game of Loans” – a federal and state effort to crack down on deceptive student loan debt relief companies.

In your simple 2 paragraph offer letter it said you could be terminated at any time for any reason and we discussed that offers we not contracts in Texas just putting on paper what we talked about. Furthermore you never came to work--During your 44 day employment you showed up on time and worked a total of 4 days, all of which is documented in detail. So who scammed who? You were given monies for time you never worked. I gave you $15,000.000 for four full days work. Are you kidding me with this stuff about you being scammed? And do you know how much damage your entitled mentality caused? Do you know how many complaints were filed against you for the way you spoke to everyone? I truly feel sorry for you because the man you are sure you are in your mind is not even within a mile of the man you are, if we can even call someone such as you a man. I man doesn't run around all over the internet because their prides been hurt by being let go ---this will prevent you from ever getting a serious job as nobody wants to have to deal with someone that blames the rest of the world when things don't go their way.

In his brief but incredibly eventful 40 day stint with us he managed to log nearly as many complaints against him. He also was not truthful regarding his education or any education what so ever as well as his job experience. Furthermore he had no transportation of his own nor even a bank account, thus making it difficult to even pay him. The bottom line is in business people are either worth the money you pay them or not and I can promise you the damage this person does as an employee wouldn't be worth it if he paid us six figures a month. In nearly 20 years of having more than 10 employees he is the worst I have ever seen by a very wide margin. If anyone would like more information I will consider it a public service to provide evidence of my words here and many, many more I am leaving out.
As to his accusations against me, all I can say is consider the source. I am an Ivy League educated man that has dedicated his life to the charity I created and put my life savings into it while taking a salary of $1600 a month. I work seven days a week to help feed hungry children and find it humorous that the most disgusting human being I have had the displeasure of encountering in my life forces me to jump from website to website defending myself. But I guess if you're a so called "man" that lives off the kindness of others until they figure out your nothing more than a scam artist then you have a lot of free time on your hands and I imagine this piece of trash always will.

Clearly this is an ex-employee that is disgruntled and for some reason can not find work work in the number one job market in America every month for the last 11 months. He goes by numerous different names and not sure which ones are real since the Social Security Administration told me his info was false but what I can tell you is that in 15 years of having employees Al Bashir of Dallas or Carrollton Texas is the worst hire I have ever made and this true "winner" continues to try and harass me by using his endless free time as an unemployed grown man whose choices have left him without a job, car, or home---not me---his choices. Should any employer over the next 50 years from today want detailed info on this scum bag please contact me and I will supply you with evidence of why hiring him will be the biggest mistake of your life.
