Having paid for equiptment from stryker t tops back in march of 2015 and not recieved a complete order, its time to get all complaintants together for a class action lawsuit.I have too contacted BBB and filed a report .The stryker company wont let me talk to owner or manager , nor will they give me the true name the business licence is filed under in California. I have spoken with courts system in California and was told I need to file my case in my home state. I have found many people that are in the same position as I am in with this company .I mentioned to the many operators at stryker I spoke with if I did not recieve my paid for items a lawsuit was in order , I was given the impression they didnt care or I was hung up on .

I placed an order for T-Tops for my Fishing boat in November 2016. I live in Maryland and was not able to install the kit until the spring. Upon opening the box, the item did not fit my boat, as indicated by the manufacturer. I called customer service in May of 2017 to have this brand new, just out of the box item, swapped for the larger more expensive item, which I would pay the additional shipping and additional cost for the upgraded product. However, I was told they would not honnor the return and they were bound by company policy.

Furthermore, they had the audacity to insult my over the phone by telling me they would be more than happy in assisting me in placing a new order for the proper T top, which they should have sent me from the start. So now I'm out $1600 in out of pocket cost and can not use the product they sent me. They also suggested I sell the product locally and to take my chances there. I'm sure at a big dicount for what I paid for it. Do Not do business with this company. You get what you pay for and their customer service reminds me of a couple of guys working out of a back of the house garage.

Order t-tops 8/15/15 got full order 11/20/15. side rail don;t match up, sent picture of such as instruced,as of 12/17/15 no corect side rail yet???

Do not lose or waste your money Strykerttops is a scam It takes 3-4 months to get your top and you will never receive your "free items" The welds crack You will be lied to time after time If you have been ripped off by strykerttops, file a complaint with the san diego BBB, they are building a case We need to shut this company down, they are ripping us off and making tons of $ in the process

I have ordered one of thier aftermarket t-top for $1549 which includes ebox,rocket launchers, grab handles and universal mount, after three weeks from my order date I received only the frame with any of above, they did not even send the canvas (Sunbrella), I called when I opened the package and they told me 1-2 weeks you should ge everything.

after two weeks I called again, they told me waiting time three weeks.

I am disappointed, I cannot return that frame cause it is so expensive for me to ship it, beside that I already mounted the frame on my boat, and if I try to remove it I will damage my boat deck.

I purchased an SG-300 T-Top from Stryker on 3/27 and was told to expect delivery of the product late April or first week May 2015. I called the business seeking status during the first week of May. I was told the remaining items would ship approximately May 22 and expect delivery May 27. I called seeking shipping status on the remaining items on May 26 and was now told to expect delivery 1st or 2nd week of June, a full 2+ months after purchase. The customer service contact would not forward me to a manager when asked and told me to wait for delivery on the new date estimate.

I call every 2-4 weeks seeking status on this order and am outright lied to with false expectations of shipping dates. When I ask for a refund on the item I'm waiting on, I'm told they can't refund because it was included FREE in the package I purchased. It's just over 4 months and I'm still being lied to and waiting on over $500 worth of product.

I've also filed a complaint with the San Diego BBB, which has given them a score of 'F'. Their response is just a copy/paste of a previous answer to other complaints.
