The business manager called me a c*, and we never even got to see a dancer.
Two weekends ago, we hired a dancer through StrippersforYou for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Originally, the dancer was scheduled to arrive on Friday night at 10 PM at our location Eastern NC. That evening, I received a phone call stating that the dancer was running late and could not make it until 1 AM. We spoke and agreed that, instead, he could come the next day at 3 PM. The conversation was civil and very pleasant. The girls were excited for the next day.
Around 2:30 PM on Saturday, we herded everyone off of the beach and into the condo for drinks. It was a surprise for the bride-to-be, so we co-conspirators looked at each other and grinned slyly. 3 PM rolled around. No dancer arrived, but we were still excited and poured more mimosas. At 3:15 PM, I started glancing at my phone, but there were no messages, and there was no dancer. At 3:30 PM, I stepped outside to call the company to ensure all was alright and the dancer was still scheduled.
The phone picked up on the fifth ring. I said hello, still smiling with a cup in hand, and let the employee know we just wanted to make sure the dancer was on his way.
“Yeah, no, he got a flat tire. He’s not coming out.”
This was said rapid fire, and I blinked. The man’s voice was tighter, higher-pitched than the one I had spoken to the night before. “I’m sorry, what’s that?”
“I said he’s not going to come out and you’ll get a refund.”
I blinked again. I opened my mouth, prepared to see if another dancer would be available later that evening – after all, we had until the next day. “Okay, is there a way we could –“
The man’s voice barked into the receiver, cutting me off. “I already told you three times, you stupid b* – he’s not coming and you’ll get a refund.”
The phone cut off.
I stared at the phone, my eyes narrowed in disbelief. I called again, my smiled forced, breathing in and out. A woman picked up after seven rings.
I did my best to frame my response in a neutral manner. “Hello, I apologize, I was on the phone with a gentleman there a moment ago, and I believe we got cut off. We had a dancer scheduled for today, and we were informed he won’t be able to make it. I was hoping to speak with someone about seeing if another dancer might be available or see what else might be done – this is just a big weekend for my friend, and we’d be very interested in trying to work out a later time.”
The woman was generous, nice, and effusive. “Of course, not a problem! Thank you for calling us back. If possible, let me put you on hold, and we will see what we can work out.”
“That sounds great!” I sighed, relieved, still smarting somewhat but excited our plan could still proceed.
I was on hold for nine minutes.
I hung up and redialed, my nostrils flaring and all trace of the day’s smile gone. It went to voicemail. I called again. After seven attempts to call, I heard the buzz of a line pickup. It was the first man I had spoken to that afternoon, the one who had cut me off originally.
I steeled myself and kept my voice assertive but level. “Yes, I have called here twice before. The first call I was cut off, and the last I was placed on hold with no response. I would like to speak with a manager or a supervisor to discuss this issue.”
“Quit f*g calling us, you f*g c*. I am the manager, so f* off.”
This was my last interaction that day, but it won’t be my last interaction this month. I will post this review on every site and report to every agency that I know. If any of you out there have been similarly treated, please contact me. This was a simple business transaction – if there had been no remedy and no dancer was available that evening, we would have been disappointed, but we would have moved on. I have no problem with profanity; I use it regularly. However, the response I received was not proportional to the annoyance I posed. This company did more than breach a contract – the breached the code of decency. For anyone else who has endured similar treatment, let’s band together and demonstrate it will not be tolerated.
My wife and I hired a stripper for a naughty santa party at a private home in Seattle. After searching online for strippers, we hired one from strippersforyou.com. I specifically asked for Dancer #9 and asked the service to guarantee that she was the dancer pictured on their web site. They assured me that all dancers were as shown on the web site.
When the dancer actually showed up for the party, she looked nothing whatsoever like the dancer shown on the web site. I showed her the picture that was posted and she agreed that it was not her. However, it was midnight and our guests were expecting a stripper, so I allowed her to perform. But, after a couple of songs, our guests were so turned off by her that no one even wanted a lap dance. The dancer left after only about 15 minutes.
When I confronted the service by email, they didn't make any excuses or apologies, but said I should have send her away, if we didn't like her. That's a very poor way to do business. I strongly recommend against using strippersforyou.com. They cannot be trusted.
Hi this is patty from strippers for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to find a dancer for your party on 8/1. We are continuing to look and waiting for a response from the dancers. We understand if you need to cancel and book with another company. Your credit card on file has not been charged. If we find a dancer in time we will let you know to make sure you haven't rebooked with another company. Thank you.

Scam scam do not trust this company upon this text literally 10 mins before a dancer was to arrive they texted us informing us they are still working on finding a dancer or we can reschedule, after the conversation continue the agent became rude and very child like.
I do not recommend them at all for any bachelorette or bachelor party.
The male stripper we had this spring was great, however he was not the one of the few guys they had said would show up. When we asked why that was, he said he had just started with the company. Flash forward a few months and the girls want to have him come back to our next Pocono bachelorette party this coming weekend but he still isn’t on the site!
I decided to navigate around strippersforyou.com a bit and lo and behold the same 25 or so guys are listed in virtually every state on the east coast! Luckily, we found our guy listed with a different company and they were very accommodating in setting things up for our weekend.
While our experience was better than the others listed, this company clearly seems to be deceptive.
Bottom line: we got a hot guy (thankfully, after reading these horror stories) but not the hot guy they promised would arrive.
That’s not fair to the party and especially not fair the very sweet, very sexy guy who showed up.
Horrible. I selected 4 guys from a list of 24. What arrived was a nasty, old man who grossed us out so bad, we had him leave within 20 minutes. The company won't return correspondence. Don't book
