We took out a cash advance with Max Fund, what a huge mistake. We have tried very hard to pay it back and unfortunately we signed up with Protection Legal Group, again, what a mistake.
Protection Legal Group has done nothing in the last two (2) years to settle this account. Mr. Columbo has called me directly more than five (5) times, knowing we have an Attorney via Protection Legal Group.
He has harassed my staff and threatened me. We are now down to tomorrow where we have to take his offer or he is going to move forward with the judgement that he has illegally obtained. We were never served nor were we able to be represented in court due to Protection Legal Group not performing their contractual duties.
We would love to immediately be in contact with others who have or are in this situation as we are now going to pursue legal course against Mr. Columbo and Protection Legal Group. They are the opitomy of "Scammers" and prey on those in bad situations.
I will be contacting the New York, New Jersey and Oklahoma Attorney Generals to file formal complaints.
