StreamnTV Does Work but only if you are Tech-Savvy
OK, I bought one too. I'm constantly having to play with the settings trying to get a movie to play without interruption. Here's the technical answer to most of you that are having similar problems.
1. Make sure you have a good internet speed (over 10MPS). If you subscribe to TWC, complain and they will replace the router with a faster one. Run the speed test yourself by pushing the yellow button on the remote then scrolling down to the maintenance section and push the right arrow and down arrow until you get to the speed test. Push the center button and let it run. Ignore the ping speed, it means nothing. the download speed is all that counts. If it is slower than 10, you need to pound on your internet provider because even basic service should be over 20MPS (megabits per second).
2. Also make sure you are using the faster channel on your WiFi (mine has 2). Use the 5MHZ channel for the box connection. A direct wired connection will always be faster.
3. Make sure you run the CloudWord (use sntv) and let it download and install everything and reboot.
4. Overall, the reason most people are having trouble is that they are not tech-savvy. This box requires skills to use.

If you are getting excessive stopping during movie playback, it is because the stream in not keeping up with your playback speed. there are two options; increase your internet speed or start the move, pause it, then go do something else for a half hour or so. This allows the box to collect the movie into memory.
I was at a home show in Pennsylvania, and was attracted to a booth, which advertised reducing your cable bill. The name of the company is Stream TV. I was told by purchasing this small square box, I could get all the channels my cable company provides and more including the main broadcast companies, abc,cbs, nbc, and fox. Which are the main stations I watch.
All I had to do was plug the hdmi cable into the box and the back of my tv, and the power cord into the box and wall outlet. After that a welcome sign should show up on my tv. Nothing happened. I called the represenative who sold me the box. He said he would come to my house and install it. He never showed up and have been unsuccessful in trying to reach him. I paid $250 for the box via credit card. I have placed a dispute with my cc company.

Recently this predator has been occupying booths at Air Shows and unregulated situations like Flea Markets. He has a past full of cons , scams and fast talking deals. He was recently in Punta Gorda, Florida for and Air Show where I purchased a KBox FTA unit for over double what they are advertised anywhere. It does nothing. Junk. After paying a professional installer an additional $125 to set it up, we both realized that I had been duped. Apparently this scumbag jumps from con to con on his travels. He also advertises a lawn care company, and a product named softub. Stay away.
I bought 2 and my husband and I decided that we didn't need them after all and had not even installed them yet and made a special trip to see if we could take them back and the salesman said he can't take them back that i need to send them back so our one a half hour trip was wasted, needless to say I called untill i"m sure I was a pain in the behind:( and left emails to no avail!!! after having them for 2 months I decided to finally hook one up, what a joke!!!!!! doesn't work, it won't load, Bottom line, Keep your money and use netflix ! Complete rip off now I'm out $500
I have left messages over the past several weeks, but have not received any return call. I called the number on my receipt the first time, and they gave me a number for technical support. When I call that number, and enter "3" for support, it just puts me in a loop where no one ever answers until it goes to a general delivery mailbox. Messages have been left, but I get no return call.
