On Jamuary 22, 2018 I received an email from JVZoo promoting what was suppose to be a new software making it possible to have an innovative Amazon store far exceeding all others available for that venue. I watched the full presentation twice, and I thought I had found what I had been looking for for a long time. I was so excited...
I purchased the main product and then two (2) upsale items that were suppose to enhance the basic software. My understanding was that once my payment to Ariel Sanders (Soft Engine) had cleared through Pay Pal, I would receive access to software, or a webpage, with a control panal that would allow me to choose just about everything needed to customize my store to fit the Amazon products I wanted to promote & sell. Each sale would benefit me with a commission payment.
I knew that I would need a host for my website, an email auto-responder, Wod Press, set up Pay Pal on my store to process payments...and more I'm sure. I was excited and ready to get started. The link to each of the products was available within my JVZoo account. I needed to open each link, download the info onto my hard drive, then upload all onto my PC.
The "mother link" for each software would open to several more links. Those links opened more file links, and on and on. Until I opened links with file extensions MicroSoft did recognize and could not open. I have worked with computers in an accounting & office setting for many years before retiring, but I had no idea what to do with links that opened to nothing but more links.
I asked for support. I expressed how much I wanted this, how long I had been looking for something that I was sure I could handle once I was trained. Ariel Sanders responsded with "send me your Word Press credentials and my staff will build your store for you." However, I really wanted to put it together myself AFTER I understood how to use the software. But the big issue was Word Pess...I didn't have credentials. I replied with that info & he never acknowledged my message. Just kept repeating the same thing... "send me your Word Press credentials and my staff will build your store for you." I searched on the Internet trying to find how to get WP with credentials.
I almost begged for support...I heard nothing back. When my 30 days were counting down, I finally sent a message telling Mr Sanders that I was going to exercise his guarantee for 100% of my money back if I had any issues. That brings us here...he refused. DO NOT buy products from Soft Engine or Ariel Sanders.
I have been going back and forth with Pay Pal through email messages and phone calls. I have sent proof of the guarantee, copies of his emails, screen shots of JVZoo where it says Sanders refunded my money, screen shots of my receipts showing that I was well within my 30 days asking for a refund.
So the final decision is up to Pay Pal. I can not imagine that they will find in Sanders' favor with everything that I have sent them. I will be back with the outcome...wish me luck.
Unable to get requested refund from Ariel Sanders (Stream Store)
I am having the same problem. I bought the main product (plugin) and one upsell (Dynamic Posts Pro). I worked with the product for 2 weeks diligently and just couldn't get the site to look the way I wanted it and was unable to change the header back to the original header on the template. I did send a support email with a question and was answered fairly promptly - so this guy is getting his emails.
After working with the plugin for two weeks, as stated above, I was not happy with the product. I sent another request to the support email and got a reply that my message was received.
Then nothing. A week or so later I sent another request to the email address. Again nothing.
I filed a complaint with Paypal (and waiting on that)
I also wrote support at JVZoo and complained telling them I am working with Paypal but wanted to register the complaint on the vendor.
Paypal turned my request down because "we understand the item associated with this case has been altered while in your possession". I don't know if this statement came from Mr. Sanders himself or from Paypal.
His sales page states 100% refund guarantee.
I am refiling with Paypal and just informed JVZoo of the paypal denial as well.
This is ridiculous. I have NEVER had a problem getting a refund before (and I don't ask very often but if a product does not work for me, I do ask).

After some month I tied to login to this platform to use the software but they did not accept my login anymore. Unfortunately, I could not immediately go through the tutorials due to two deaths in my familly within a week apart. However, I started going through the tutorials within 30 days of purchase. The streamstore software created by Ariel Sanders would be a great product if only it worked. When I first downloaded the theme needed to create my affiliate store, an error came up stating it’s possible malware or someone phishing for personal information.
I immediately notified the creator of software, but by the time heard back from creator several days later, I was able to fix the problem after taking a long time to research how to download items that has errors, which I should not have been the one putting the time in doing.
The second issue was he page to enter your Amazon Affiliate Id would not work, so I had to email him again for that issue. Then the plugin that creates the ad templates for social media did not work. Again I notified creator, who did not immediately respond. Three days laters, he stated he would fix it, but issue was still not fixed. Notified creator again, and he asked if I could grant him access to my wordpress admin to resolve. This is unheard of and quite unprofessional. Reluctantly, I did, to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it was never fixed and it was worst.
I had to contact Hostgator because when I tried to log in to my admin, it would go to blank screen. Hostgator confirmed it was the plugin & software for streamstore and suggested I get an updated plugin. I advised owner of this, and advised issue was not resolved and requested a refund. The creator, Ariel Sanders, had the audacity to ask to give him one more chance to fix it. This was absurd considering the fact that he failed to fix it after giving him access to my wordpress admin. I kindly asked for a full refund as previously requested, but was told he could not give because it was beyond 30 days, which was not true because I notified him of the issue well within the 30 days. However, his delay in responding to my emails resulted in going over the 30 day mark, which he never fixed.
Also, his marketing states he will give a 100% money guarantee and a double money back guarantee if you do not make money. I did not make money because software did not work. I feel I was treated unjustly and should have been granted a full refund of $76.93 and double my money back of $153.86 just for my time alone for being put on hold with Hostgator for over an hour to get my website that I paid for up and running again due to his corrupt software and because he did nothing to resolve the issue.
I wasted time going through all the tutorials when to discover the software does not work properly. This is a total rip off and a scam. Do not waste your money to buy. I was not refunded nor was a given an updated software.

I was interested in his Streamstore software and overcame my apprehension because he offered a no questions asked, 30 day money back guarantee.
Within 20 minutes of purchase I realised it was not what I was looking for and emailed requesting a refund.
So far my numerous emails have gone unanswered.
A little digging around the internet revealed he has a reputation for this kind of shady behaviour.
Also, generally his software programs are low quality - he only has 2 out of 5 stars from 161 reviewers.
I wish I had seen all the complaints about him before purchase.
