Do not do business with anyone associated with Straightline Capital or an associated company called Fastball. Joseph Fiel and his associate Jessica Colopy must rpeat the above scam again and again. they did it to me. My business is almost in ruins do to this group. I am currently researching which agencies they need to be reported to and if I have legal recourse.
We originally got reeled in by Fastball Capital (straightline capital, straightlyne capital) and dealt with Joseph Fiel along with Jessica Colopy as well. They promised a consolidation if we took two smaller daily payment loans with astronomical interest rates for a few weeks. The consolidation was just a deception it appears. Anyway, it seems like we're in an identical situation as you and are currently pursuing legal action. Please contact us: 502-585-4295
I worked with Joseph Fiel six months ago, while trying to get some capital for my business. He is very nice, and he convinced me of getting a loan by promising me a consolidation loan afterwards. This type of loans do take place except that in my case I wasn't eligible for it, but instead of letting me know he gave me a fake contract from another company and an addendum promising me a discount. This long term contract never took place, and I'm stock with a daily program.
I investgated further (a little bit too late) but I found out he has a criminal backgroung and he is all over google. I can't even believe the banks are working with this individual.
Hopefully this will help other people, and be careful with him. Always google and investigate the people you are working with.
