Sure they answer the phone and reply to emails mostly, but literally everything they write say explain and email you with is spammy sales garbage. Just search the web for weddingmix and read their website and paid blogs and fake reviews its trying so hard to be sincere but i swear every dang statement is spam and shills. took over 6 months to get our video and the website is useless the footage is crap and seems they have turnover probs because got impression half dozen minimum wage "editors" worked on our video and cameras and support and app problems. oh and good luck understanding their products. "what is a weddingmix" barf just speak normally so i understand what i'm buying.
spend the same money on a good video camera and have the a/v nerd in your guest list film the whole thing. dont bother with guests holding shaky phones teeny cheap cameras and wind up with dark grainy video and garbage sound.
I REALLY wanted to like this.... but it is one of my biggest regrets. I should have gotten a videographer or used a gopro or something like that (the video quality is SO much better and you can use their editing software). I still paid quite a bit for this $1200 and it ended up being a huge hassle, I left one camera at the house so it didn't even get used, one died as the ceremony was beginning even though we charged it beforehand.... the only real wedding video I have is the wedding planner taking it on her iphone because I was almost in tears about to walk down the aisle that we didn't have the flip cams. The editing is a NIGHTMARE and takes forever....I almost gave up on the whole thing. The app part is neat, being able to have friends/family upload videos and photos- but there are so many free things you can do that now- this is NOT worth it. Either save the money or (maybe) pay a little extra for a videographer... you will be so much happier after the fact!!!
