Here is the biggest ripoff I have seen lately, I saw an advertisement online for adjustable reading glasses and decided to try them. They arrived fairly fast after my $80.00 payment. I was completely disgusted by what they were trying to pass off as a usable item. These glasses are worse than something that you would buy from the back page of a comic book. They are the cheapest, weakest plastic that you've ever seen. The lenses are like looking through the side of a plastic soda bottle. The biggest pieces of garbage on the market in my opinion. So I contact the seller, Storsche.com. They emailed me right back and told me how sorry they were that I wasn't satified with thier product and that I could return them for a refund. Well, I did that, while keeping the USPS tracking number for my returned package, and nothing, no response and no refund from Storsche.com. Since I used Paypal to pay for my purchase, I contacted them and placed a claim for a refund (Paypal will typically review the complaint and decide whether to issue a return, while holding the seller's funds until they make their decision).
Well, Paypal denied my claim stating that they could not confirm that the item was returned, even after I supplied them with the USPS tracking number. Paypal, instead, contacts the seller and asked if the item was returned. Since the seller is dishonest, they apparently stated that the item was never returned. So now the Paypal case is closed and I am out my $80.00 and the junky glasses to these scam artists at Storsche.com. I am writing this in hopes that someone may read it before they throw thier hard earned money away on a bunch of garbage.
