I accidentally clicked a Facebook ad. A week later I notice a charge in my PayPal account that I did not authorize. They claimed I ordered a bra. I never ordered anything from these people. The email [email protected] does not give a reply. PayPal sided with the fraudulent company. I am not sure how they did this, but they have found a way to scam through Facebook ads. I cannot find the original ad I clicked on by mistake. I am having to go to great lengths to reclaim the $20 they stole from me. BEWARE IF YOU SEE THE ABOVE EMAIL ADDRESS OR STORM MEDIA WITHIN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. THEY ARE A SPOOF BUSINESS AND PAYPAL IS ALLOWING THEM TO SCAM PEOPLE. I MUST GO MEET WITH A FRAUD SPECIALIST AT MY BANK BECAUSE OF THIS.
DO NOT BUY FROM STORM MEDIA/BRILLIARE. I purchased 3 containers of a multi cleaner in March. It arrived in late April and 2 out of the 3 containers were broken. I immediately contacted Brilliare ( Storm media). I had no response to more than 6 emails ( they said they didn't receive them!!!!!). Finally contacted them via Messenger and they told me to wait. Finally received a response and was told to send pictures, which I did the same day. Today I received a response from them saying because it is now more than 30 days there is nothing they can do- REALLY. It is now in the hands of paypal. VERY DISHONEST and disorganised company. I am guessing one person works in customer support and hence you get none. Please read this review before purchasing
PayPal paid Storm Media Limited $32.93 from my account but I did not receive the merchdise. It was leg shapers advertised on Facebook. The email address provided by PayPal is not real. It is ,[email protected]
On June 17th, 2018, I ordered cleaning/scrub brushes, set of three, that attach to a power drill for tough cleaning jobs. Total with shipping, $33.96. I paid using PayPal. I have never heard a word from them!
I saw the product and it was what I was looking for,read the description and ordered it. I paid thru PayPal on March 3,2018 and have not heard from them since. They have my E-mail and phone number.
Placed an order through this company on DECEMBER 29,2019 AND AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE.I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL.WHERE IS MY MERCHINDISE $33.98.
