Danny Smith of Storm Chief Catastrophe Services has taken down payments from homeowners Texas and Kentucky and not provided any services or refunds. We found out that other homeowners that have paid Storm Chief down payments for repairs and never received the services or their money back either. Also, subcontractors in numerous states haven't been paid for services rendered. Upon hearing this, We made a formal complaint to the Kentucky Attorney General. Low & behold, the KY AG let us know Danny Smith had recently been put in jail in Kentucky for the same thing. Ripping people off. This is public record in Kentucky. Check it out.
