I wanted to give an updated report odf what happens sometimes when you get Workerman's Compensation Settlement , The bank Wood Forest National Bank made 4 copies of cashier Checks and then they cash the two they had and scam me inside the Walmart cash registar when I went shopping at the grocercy store, they subtotal my receipts so many times until it was potentic.. But Summit spokesperson that contact me about my claim harrass me so bad and told me what I could claim and also told me that I wasn't going to get anymore treatment for my injury and she told me that I couldn't be compensate for my back since I had proir injury, I am still hurting from working at William Brice Stadium and my left leg is better but my right leg is still hurting and swollen from the injury but (Tracy) told me I wasn't going to claim any injury but the one I first spoke of but as soon as the left leg was repaired the right leg got swollen. I worked hard there with heavy lifting and the trash was outrageous and they told me several times they were going to get a man to help to lift the trash. Now my other job I had before this was at VA Hospital as a Sitter, now I told them I was on disability already and I could not do any heavy lifting or pushing but they gave me a patient tht had to be push outside to smoke he was heavy and I got injury again. I went to ER couldn't feel my legs and my back again twisted. But my Step father and my mother agin with their interference with my life and not being on my side told the insurance company that I was a fraud well step father Shepard George Wilson told me that the companies will start taking me as a joke and think that I was trying to fraud my injuries but they were all legit and I worked hard on each and every job I have ever held, but my mother and step father are greedy and deceipted they never help my situation and always speaking down on me but then turn around and ask me to come over and clean up their house its like I have nofreedom from them and the only reason they call me over is just to find out what I got going for myself and then it never works out I get scammed out of the money or it gets stolen under Identity theft,I never ever tried to get injury I worked each and every day I was scheduled to work. I know a lot of people from working on jobs but I look a certain way and because of that I get a lot of jealous issues on jobs I even have jealous isssues from my own Mother which is a shame, but because of my step father reputation and work status noone wants to belive me sometime because he uses his power as a Bully my step father is a big bully to me and my own mother I call her step mother. Since my father death and him leaving insurance money to her and her building house, since then I have had issue with them about every job I have ever held. I have even heard him call me Kat Jackson he said I am just like her always suing someone for money, but Its really not like that with me, I don't go around doing those kind of things.I just want things to get right,I desrve to have my money not get scammed or stolen from and I just want the Workers Compensation people to know that I didn't try to get injured. Summit person Carla Fowler gave me" h she even told me that I had a claim about a broken tooth at applebees and I tried to claim it cost me 3 hundred dollars to get it repair that I still owe because they deny the claim, why would I make up such a thing like that I went to Applebees with my daughter my order had shrimp they left the shell on one of them and it broken my tooth filling out then it got infected, it was awful,But carla fowler started in on me soon as she got my claim about the VA hospital and Priceless home care till this day I still don't know what happen to the ten thousand I got from there and the other 8 thousand I got from Summit. I didn't get no mobile home I got approve and my grandmother left me 1.8 acre of land but thats a total of 18 thousand dollars I got some things but I also tried to pay off some things on credit report and ask to put a freeze on it for 6months to a 1year they didn't I saythat someone is using their power not to help me but to hurt me , I keep saying help me but all I get is hurt me, my back and my five hip replacement surgery have really been through it but nothing compare to when your own family disappoint you with their actions and neglect.Like I said I just want the company and the workers comp people to know what happen at woodforest bank and summit and stonewood insurance company it like I got paid but most of the money was scammed or stolen especially with the 4 cashier checks. scamm
