JOE MASTERPAUL AND AMIN ARE THE SALES MANAGERS THAT SET UP FAKE CUSTOMER EMAILS USING GOOGLE OR YAHOO. THEY ACTUALLY HAD THEIR RECEPTIONIST “NAY” SETTING UP THE FAKE EMAILS, EVEN USING HER PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER. AFTER PURCHASING A CAR MAJORITY OF THE TIME THEY WILL DISTRACT A CUSTOMER BY ASKING FOR A CODE THAT GETS SENT TO YOUR PHONE.
THAT SAME CODE IS NOT A “ U-CONNECT CODE” ITS COMING FROM GOOGLE, AFTER THE CODE IS TAKEN FROM CUSTOMERS EITHER JOE OR AMIN WILL GO IN THAT FAKE CUSTOMER EMAIL DO A SATISFACTORY SURVEY AS IF THEY WERE THE CUSTOMER AND GETTING EXTRA MONEY PROFITS OFF IT. I AM A EX EMPLOYEE WHO HAS COPIES OF THE FAKE CONSUMER FRAUD. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET SUED FOR EXPOSING THEM ON THE TRUTH?! SO HERE YOU HAVE IT .

I'm writing my scamion because we where treated very poorly and given many lies in the beginning of this transaction with the finance office from the sales manager who tried scamming us into taking a deal with more money rather then $1k for the down-payment. My family was very hurt over this and im not happy with the way it went down. Amin the manager lied over and over about contacting the head boss to make a deal he rather kick us out and treated us like animals.
After looking at the yelp reviews and trying to find out who this criminal is i found more disturbing reviews on him and now see why! we are not happy and never taken time to write about a company that treated us like low class citizens. He also ran my credit over and over after checking my emails and seeing what he was doing all along. This man should not be a manager or have the ability to treat others with harsh words telling us to get out and ignoring me when i asked to speak with his boss.
I wrote my yelp review and after looking at them all on yelp i don't trust any of them at all. What a ripoff and disappointing day 104 degrees hot with my kids. What kind of company allows a family to be put into a finance office and then kicked out with telling us its no deal? Never written any reviews but people should know not to got to these liars. They are no good people. Except for one of the sales man name malik a very tall black man approached us in the end got yelled at for talking to us.
You make a deal you're ready to sign and in the end they say there having problems and want more money down. When we had already made a deal with the manager amin and they are now changing it completely. 6k more and tried to trick us! then you ask for the general manager and they say he left an hour ago. Don't even want to give us a phone number to call. They just tell you to call the dealer tomorrow and ask for a general manager.
Bottom line they don't know how to be straight up with people. They tell you what you want to hear and when you go to finance it's a different story. We got there at 4 and left around 7:30, was hot like i said 104 heat and with kids. Customer service sucks. You would expect better things to come out of dodge. I'll give you an update if there is any changes, due to them saying they will work something out. It we are not going out of our way to ever shop there again. Velia
I, Jones received a voicemail from a sales man named Eric who left me many voicemails concerning a sale that Stoneridge Dodge was having doing this covict19 status. Eric repeatedly called and i finally reached back out to see if this was a sales pitch to get us into the dealership because everything he had said was to good to be true. I finally shared with my husband who is suffering from cancer and we wanted to purchase a new gladiator sense he does not have much time to be alive and for his Birthday we thought we would see the prices Eric was telling us over the cell. He made many promises about the MSRP on the window sticker would be dropped because of the covict19 deals they had gracefully offered us.
I shared my story with him over the cell call on my husband's sickness and not long to live. I wanted to purchase this vehicle for his last enjoying time on earth. I usually don't write or respond to sales calls or anything in this nature. I was just stung by Eric's behavior once we finally sat down to go over numbers. The whole time on the test drive he repeatedly gave me the creepy looks as if he was a pervert. I was asked a couple of personal questions about my marriage when my husband had to walk away and use the restroom....it made me feel uncomfortable because the questions where very unprofessional and made me feel unsafe around this sales man.
He asked if I would be free to hang out and have dinner after my husband is out of the picture and that I was very attractive and could use a good freind. I did not know how to respond to his questions because I was shaken up over why these questions arose in the conversation on prices and the deal that we suppose to be getting. He tried to scam us into paying 9k more for the vehicle that he said over the cell was a lower price.
He ran back and forth to the sales office coming back with more lies and scam tactics. My husband was a owner of a dealership in Virginia and saw right through this sales man's scams, lies , and flirting in the car on the test drive. He asked us to drive to Starbucks and grab him a coffee and breakfast sandwich...he started stating that he has the money back at the dealership and he would repay us as soon as we drive back on the lot! Eric never repaid us or respected are vehicle as he started eating in the backseat and scamming us out of are money.
Its a very small issue and im not complaining over this issue but starting to feel I should share with the owner of this dealership. Eric texted me 4 times asking me out and bothering me about the deal on the vehicle after 3 days declining the high offer. I cant believe they would higher a man that's so manipulating and scamming customers out of Starbucks and the MRSP on the vehicle's. Stay far away from this man and he is a pervert, scam, lier, and creepy sales man!!! I dont understand how they even gave this man a sales license to deal with the community who are hard working citizens just wanting to purchase a car. Lisa
