3) In Nov, 2023 I've opened account and invested in Starter plan with two deposits.
4) A few days later I was able to make one successful $10 withdrawal.

I have tried to argue that there was no such clause in the contract. But I was warned by support that my account would be deactivated if I didn't comply.
