Collection company that was paid, and will not pay me funds that I am owed. Never heard of a collection company that you have to sue but I have to and I am. This company only lied to me and did not have the descent business practice to man up and talk to me or email me back after countless tries. Do not use this company to collect debts.

I had the same problem. They call you 100 + times and make big promises. It starts out as a free service and they get paid a percentage of what they recover. They tell you that they have located the person in question and found his bank accounts and that they have the money available to pay you what's owed. They pressure you for money to begin the process and even send FedEx to pickup the funds. They do not accept credit cards. (Big red light) once they receive your funds the excuses start. March and Pamela become unavailable. They are extremely busy.

Steven Chasity & Associates charged me $1,129.50 to settle my claim for damages. They guaranteed a settlement or return of my fees if the claim had not been settled within 15 court days. It has been over 60 court days. The case as far as I know was not settled or it settled and I was not notified. I have tried to reach Walter Jennings or Marcie Battles many times and failed each and every time. They will not return my e-mails or calls. This is a rip off lawyer firm that cheats small business men and women. I am hiring a new lawyer to sue for actual and punitive damages. I am also filing with the BBB.

Major Red Flags
Same story happened to me.
Marcy and Steven Chasity and Associates claim to be able to get my money wed to me. For a short time they sent me updated if I contacted them. Even though I think they were makeing up the progress they were making. Stated may times she was going to be paying the amount owed but never recieved anything from them. I don't know if they collected or not bu I recieved nothing and then they dissapeared and will not contact you or answer the phone.
Do not deal with this firm they are rip offs

Do not waste your money with these guys. Liars will be proven in HELL. I am a small company that has lost money with these Jackos.

Wow almost got scammed
If its too good to be true it probably is. Shameful people praying on small business owners who are desperate to collect from deadbeat clients. I almost sent the signed contract to these people but something told me to just look one more time to make sure they are legit. Luckily AND thankfully there are websites like this that warn the public of scam artists like this out there. I wish there was some kind of legitimate product out there to help small businesses but until there is its best for us to watch out for each other and keep posting SCAMS like this so we can keep our money in our pockets. Steven Chasity contacted my company stating that they could collect on a bad debt that was several years old. Paige at the firm contacted the individuals that owed the money and presented a very convincing senario to me that this was a slam dunk case to collect.
$3100 and several month have gone by without any results or paper work proving that any legal work has even been done. I really believe that this company is a total scam.

This company has failed to collect the debt they were hired to collect over two years ago. Our company paid them $3,303.00 to get this account handled and to speed up the process for it had been taking WAY too long. Marcy refuses to take our phone calls, update on any "advancements" with our case, and when we are "updated" it is the same information. This company is not doing what they promised us and refuses to show proof of any work that is being done. This is all just a huge scam.
Some lady cold called me, Amber Croft. She said they could help me collect the money that was owed to us for service renthered, on the companies and individuals. After i agreed i sent them by email copies of the invoices after a couple of days another individual called Darrel Dunsond saying they have the ability to freeze their account and collect the money owed to us, interest, court cost and lawyer fees.
They would charge me $40 dollars an hour for four cases it would be $880.00 filling, attorney and court cost. After we filed supposedly. they have 96% guarantee on collecting. The cases seem to be easy and they all admitted in owing the company the money. He checked their accounts and found they have the money to pay, supposedly! Anyways i just wanted to get paid from these ex customers. i agreed.
A couple of days later he repeated the same story with different customers, he told me one story then he changed it. I agreed but this time it left me wondering. I started looking them up on BBB, reviews, website. with the more i kept looking and the morre comment i kept reading the bigger the knot in my throat. no one was able to locate the location i looked a little further.

There Fake! I got scammedi lost alot of money i'm going to try to stop payment on the checks. Because i was foolish and not doing some invetigating. on these people.
