Steven's Jersey City Ford employees (now terminated) took a customer's Mustang on a joyride and all they offered the customer was a refund on his alignment! The former dealer techs burned up this guy's clutch. The customer in question simply asked the dealership to compensate him for the costs of diagnostic work at another dealership for components that experienced wear during the unauthorized joyride and they rejected his terms.
