I took in a complete detailed list of exactly what parts I wanted ( I took info rite off the internet from a build I liked visually) full suspension lift 7.5, ( this and the bull bar would be the only labor I'd be paying for)
I've looked up time wise how long this job would take to do correctly and found this jackstands in your driveway take about 4 hours but in a shop where installer does this on a daily base hour maybe hour and a half
FREE TINT removal of old tint not done new tint rite over the old the scratches could be seen thru the new
swore by having to take off new but when it's a fee advertising gimmick this doesn't apply tires & wheels The tires are the brand I wanted but the rims are not

bull bar did not order brand I asked for, drilled holes in to mount license plate w/out asking or informing me something I never would have done unles I got ticketed and had to do

their is a light on the bull bar I never ordered but was charged for the wiring install is hideous the long black wire goes between the grill and hangs along the side under the hood towards the dashboard the black wire was installed over not under the hinge of the hood so every time opens & closes hood damage is done to the black wire "From a previous alarm system installed a yr earlier part of this instillation failed to be done" VALET SWITCH
i asked for this to be done as well as programming two new remotes both the last entries are FOC. FOR THIS I WAS CHARGED $7,200 was to have taken 2.5 days at most George days off day he scheduled me to drop off he was well aware I would be renting a car and staying in a motel I asked for this job to be done in a timely manor 5 days later I called George acted as if he had tried contacting me but he did not I was told two parts needed replacing this was $1,700
I did my best but this broke me I rushed down $1,610 two days later I showed up when George told me my car would be done it was next door having the alignment done after about 45 minutes I walked over next door my car was parked outside
I went in to see if they were done b c George told me he was just waiting on the alignment then the car was ready to go the man told me sorry he tried doing the best he could do but their were two parts that needed replacing in order for the alignment to be done correctly the same two parts I just paid for two days prior
he would not give me the keys so I followed him back to stereo land after he handed the folder to George I asked George on the back of the paper George want two parts are needed to be rerouted ? The exact ones I just paid that you just repaired but did not I asked for my keys turned around walked out went to the shop nextdoor got in my car and I left the front tires rub when I turn the wheels
I have contacted the bbb, and consumer affairs I was told to write a letter to stereo land I had a friend hand deliver it I did what was asked of me I gave a date that I wanted stereoland to respond by BBB has sent two letters w/no replies I've not gotten a reply but gave the 6 th December at 5pm as the date to reply by
on the 7th I will contact BBB, Consumer'Affaires, Attorney General and I will start a claim in small claims court this has been the biggest nightmare I trusted stereoland and George
I work about a hour one way to get to work have had to get friends to help me or hitchhiked to get to work and to get home as this left me overdrawn at my bank and I was an literally broke living in my car waiting to earn the monies for the repaired to be done due to STEREOLAND's pathetic business practices
