Raya Shahnazarian had an appointment at a hair salon for a smoothing treatment, She had already negotiated about price with one of the hair dresser between $200-$220.
As always new client and hair stylist have a consultation about hair styles, colors, cuts and other stuff and who opened the conversation was Raya. The stylist advised Raya to correct the hair cut since Raya was about to get smoothing treatment, her hair will show the cut better there fore needs correction for it.
Our hair cut price is $40 now and Raya asked for $10 discount but since we have already discounted her on her SMOOTHING TREATMENT wouldnt be fair to drop an other $10 for such a job.
That was the moment Raya changed her attitute and start yelling at stylist and threating her that she will write a bad review about us or she can go to groupon deals and she doesnt want to get hair cut and so on.
The stylist tried to calm her down but she was so upset for no reason only $10. Later on she left a false comment about us on social media and when i tried to reply to her and ask her to let us improve something all she was blaming that she paid for parking, she lost her time , she drove from montrose to there and lots of junk.
I noticed that she is not normal. after searching about what she does for living now I can belive in my wondeful hair dresser that we didnt do any mistake.
She used to be on a depression and she was on medinies and lots different medication drugs. She is not a normal person, she walked in happy and cheered but suddenly changed to a zumby. She anounces to help women to relief stress but she has the most. WHY argue during consultation? what does consultation means? isnt it for negotiating and talking back and fort about the service and measuring the results?! If we say $300 and you dont agree means simply bye, just leave why yelling? why threating? Raya kept saying "I am going to write a very BAD review"
I have posted the entire video on youtube and FB and have told her that I am going to report this on social media but what she replied was " you better watch the video and triain your workers to do a good job"
Raya Shahnazarian owe me $300 for wasting my time and hurting our feeling at the salon. We dont appreciate her comment on social media and what ever she shared on network, the cost of removing this report is on her too. She might learn no to play with small business reputation.
