However, on two separate occasions I was told rudely I might add, “She can’t stay shes not on the list”. When I asked to see the list because I didn’t see any of the children who normally attend there that day they ignored me and said shes’ not up here and she can’t stay. I later found out after I had to take her to work with me or call out that she was in fact on the list and they had misplaced it. For which I did receive an apology. On another occasion I had told the daycare my daughter was lactose intolerant but in order for them to not give my daughter milk and other dairy products when I asked they told me they needed a doctor’s note which is ridiculous considering I am her parent. Nonetheless I got a note. A few weeks later they called and made me pick my daughter up because she had diarrhea and when I asked if they had given her dairy they said yes she had pizza. I asked why and she said they need a note saying no dairy products. I told them my note said lactose intolerant NO LACTOSE PRODUCTS and they seemed to be okay with it after I kept saying that but they were still very rude about it. Most recently though, I brought in rash medication for them to supply my daughter and was told I couldn’t give it to the teacher I have to give it to the admin staff and fill out paperwork which I did only for them to say they can’t find it. The next day I asked the front desk rep that had taken it and she couldn’t even remember the medication and made a claim that it was thrown out because it’s been so long when it’s only been about a week. I had expected to get it back. They didn't alert me that they would throw it out. I asked if they would reimburse me and they were very rude and said no we don’t do that. All in all, I’ve got nothing but crap from the admin staff and the owner who very rudely told me no and returned to her phone conversation without even listening to what I was telling her about the medication. The teachers are Amazing I I love them and so does my daughter. But they owner you would think would know about good customer service and insure her staff accommodates.
