He then waited until Saturday at 3PM to finally send our address and then asked on Sunday where his check was. As if the USPS worked on Sunday and he could get it. He ignored our repeated requests for his address on Thursday and Friday, in which case he would have had his money.
He wouldn't do the work until he received $40. I think I will take him to small claims court as there was a written contract recorded via Facebook.
