We had them come out to look at our dishwasher. The 1st company we had come out Tampa property solutions and they said it was the door seal and we paid them to fix the dishwasher they did not fix it.
Still leaked and took are money and ran off. so we called Stephens appliance repair they came out and said it was the float switch assembly and said it was not the door seal. he said he would have to order the part and he said he could fix it Tuesday I told him Tuesday would not work so I told him how about Thursday he said yes.
so they came out and punt the float switch assembly in and it was still leaking. then he said there was a hairline crack in the tube that connects to the tub. and the dishwasher can't be fixed. we paid him $69 dollars for a misdiagnosis. now we have 2 different companies come out and misdiagnosis the dishwasher.
in the copy of the receipt Stephens, appliance repair says its the float switch assembly. why should we have to pay for someone's misdiagnosis now we have two different companies misdiagnosis. so we just ordered a new dishwasher. we be here on 12/28/2019. after all this, I think I will never trust anybody again.
there is no way water is going to travel as he said to the door. there was no water coming when I looked where he said. all the water was at the door coming on the tile. not under the dishwasher like he said. when we replaced the dishwasher on Saturday we looked and looked and we did not see any hairline crack as he said.and the way od the design of the bottom of the dishwasher there is NO WAY water is going to travel from the float switch to the door.
we took all pictures of the bottom. when they worked on the float switch it looks like they brock off a pc. this company is the only one who worked on the float switch. the other repairman did not even touch the float switch. Stephen's Appliance did something to the dishwasher. Stephen's Appliance did not tell us they have lots of bad reviews with google 3.7.
Stephen's Appliance just raved about Angie's List. we just talked to Pinellas county consumer protection. and they told us the company's pay Angie's List to advertise on their web site. and they said you can't trust these sites. because anybody can he other people good review family. friends. so know who can you trust
