Our business (Residential HVAC) contracted outbound calling and booking services with Mr. Tevin Jackson and Stellar Service Group LLC. We engaged in an agreement of over a 6 month period his team would procure and schedule 4 customers daily at the TOTAL cost of $21,000.00. With a $7,000.00 (+) down payment Tevin Jackson did not secure 1 % of the agreed upon bookings within the first 8 weeks of contract. Bookings that were secured were currently customers of other trade companies in the area that also were in business with Tevin Jackson and Stellar Service Group. None of the agreed upon services were rendered and when made aware of my dissatisfaction on multiple occasions and were promised immediate results with extra man power and communication. No such efforts were ever attempted or followed through with. Upon vocalizing my wish terminate our business together due to lost margins and what I deemed as poorly invested money, Tevin Jackson cut off all communication and still has not responded to my phone calls or emails. On top of stealing my money it is now confirmed Tevin Jackson and Stellar Service Group LLC stole my entire customer list, sold it to another vender and did not deliver any of the promised goods or services described in our "contract”. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else in regard to This man and his "business”. If you do HVAC or Home Services, stay away from this. If you are already in relationship, you’re getting ripped off. They have no respect for themselves or others.
