Steel Valley Concrete and paving, working in the Mahoning County area of Ohio out of Austintown, lies, misleads, fails to show when they promise to and will not deliver on the contract. They took our money to build a concrete porch for us and never finished the job although we've repeatedly tried to get them to the site and/or talk to us. They will now not return our calls and for the past year have done nothing but make false claims about finishing the work. Repeatedly they have told us "we'll be there Monday" but NEVER show up. They failed to fulfill the contract but took thousands of dollars we paid to have work done. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They take your money but will not finish the work!
