I was contacted on october 15 regarding a possible home refinance and debt consolidation loan. John davies asked me some financial information that i provided in a redacted format, removing any ssn or account numbers.
They contacted me on the 29th telling me that my loan was approved, but that i would need to provide them with our monthly expenses for our home. They also said that i would need to pay $1,750 to cover the home appraisal and other costs. I have not paid them for anything as i found that others have been ripped off by the same office.
Stole my money $6600 for closing costs and what I was behind with my lender. Completely misrepresented themselves as they were dishonest from the beginning. Scott and Sean are AS*HOLES !! and they lie from the first words out of their mouths.
Shoot on site is my recommended course of action. Death is best for this type of scum. They will only seek to do this again. They should not be allowed to mingle with the rest of society.
