I have reported Riverside County and the state of California on Child Support and Foster Cere fraud on which my wages have been garnished for over 20 years. All Court hearings and DNA testing have been denied by corrupt and incompetent Family Courts. It continues to this day. I come to Arkansas seeking help from the courts in Faulkner county.
On many occasions I have requested a hearing on the matter and with the documents I have could have been exonerated but all my efforts were denied . My Family has been literally destroyed, My children's future's destroyed and their wellbeing harmed. I have suffered over 20 years of Stress, Hardship and Depression trying to make a living and provide.
In good faith I filed back taxes in 2008 from Arkansas and now I'm being racked through the coal's with wage garnishments from the state of Arkansas for years I didn't live here. It was wonce confirmed I only filed back taxes from Arkansas but due to Incompetents it went in on ear and out the other. Knowing the extreme pain of stress, Depression and Hardship I have been living with the State of Arkansas filed a lawsuit against me and are garnishing more of my hard earned paycheck above the Corrupt California garnishments.
Stress is now tripled along with the depression and Hardship. The state of Arkansas has literally stripped us of all hopes and dream's " Theres nothing " I have no savings or retirement due to the garnishments, Can't afford healthcare and my health is not good due to high stress if I'm going to be able to provide and have a paycheck the next week. With all that's going on with the virus and all I can't afford to get sick with anything because I have nothing to fall back on.
The agony goes on and gets worse. I have worked my whole life and nothing to show for it due to government neglect and corruption. In saying that I hereby hold the State of Arkansas Responsible for NEGLECT, CRUELTY, DECEPTION, NEGLIGENCE. How is is possible that a government entity can completely cold heartedly destroy a human life with no thought giving to it. I can never recover from the extreme damage that's been inflicted.
