The State Bar of Texas is a corrupt institute whose primary goal is to provide cover-ups for the egregious acts of its member attorneys against the public. I have a pay day loan that Im trying to get payment arrangements for ,,they. (Chase bank)have my unemployment check on hold when they are not suppose to to uphold any government funds that is required for Me to live on the money they have on hold has been on hold since February 23..2016. I spoke with James a west about this case and he told me he was going to take care of the problem. never got back with me. now my electric bill is due cant pay rent are anything else until they release my funds
