State Bar of California Reviews
As many of you might be aware, the State Bar of California uses the California State Franchise Board to collect unpaid discipline fees through wage garnishment, etc. If you get one of these cases, the employer receives a wage garnishment order that makes it appear that you have a so called unpaid "tax debt" but really if it is like $3,000 were you really making $180,000 per year and then took an $18/hour job.
Anyway, I got one of these based upon a faked case by a division manager who later confessed that it was all false and was subsequently arrested and had to post a $185,000 bail bond loan to get out of jail and is still pending trial on these charges (which were all theory and conclusions based upon them "protecting one of their own") Apparently, the division manager who makes $118,000 or so per year based upon transparent california also rear-ended a teenager driving an old paid-off pickup truck with her financed Mer-Ce-Des and tried to flee the scene of the accident but the police arrested her the next day and she had to post a $75,000 bail bond loan that she is again awaiting trial on. You would think making that much per year she would have paid it all cash but that didn't happen. Also, the lien-hold-er on the Mer-Ce-Des forced placed $45,000 of in-sur-ance onto to the unpaid fi-fnan-ce-d Mer-Say-Des.
In any event I received a full refund of the State Bar's garnshment attempt and will never be part of that organzation again. I have a real regular job but I really don't need it. My house, truck, everything is paid off and I don't have loans or student loans or have to pay taxes because I have a settlement that is non taxable anyway . . . But really for those of you thining of going to law school or in law school on a stu-den-te loan don't do it - you will never find a real job and even if you do the state bar will try to take it (and if from me) will fail . . . .
