Ordered 1 once of hemp flower on July, 11th 2019. My order did not ship out so I decided to follow my order up with a email to there Zendesk support system on July, 16th. I did not get a replay for a few days so then I decided to contact them via there Sales email address on July, 18th.
Still not reciving any my Order or any comunication. I atempted to make contact Via a new Zendesk ticket On August 8th. After submitting a ticket I called Starseed botanicals. A male answerd the phone, I asked about my order, provided order number, He found the order on the computer.
The man stated in an unconfedent voice "coinpayments has a potential for fraud" in the same tone he said he needs an "authorization code" he could not explain what or what type of "authorization code" he needed. Then in the call I ask if he needed the the payment invoice.
He aggreed and said to send it to the sales address. I sent them a copy of the invoice stating the funds were recived also showing the payment ID and other order details. Still to this day no Order and any contact has been reviced from starseed botanicals. My ticket I opened up on Aug 8th marked "solved" with zero replay on Aug 12th.
