For over six months we lose our internet service every night for at least 30 min to an hour. We constantly reach out to Starlink via email as they do not list any phone numbers nor will they supply one. All we get is we’re sorry for the inconvenience and try these steps. We’ve tried everything and keep losing service. We’re fed up with the non-existent customer service which is as bad as their internet service. All we’ve asked for is help to get the issue resolved and nothing. We paid $500 for a dish and $150 a month for service that doesn’t work. We’d like our money back for the satellite dish and move on. What a horrible company and experience.

After confirming availability in my area of travel for the months of July and August, I had ordered Roam Standard package noting description including:

1) "Standard Starlink is designed for portable use at any destination where Starlink has active coverage."

2) "Pause and un-pause service at any time. Billing is in one-month increments, allowing users to customize their service to their individual travel needs." for $150.00 per month.

Buried in the Terms of Service or what have you, it had come to my surprise that Starlink automatically started billing when I had received notice that payment was made for the month of June with my credit card.

Trying to get a hold of a person for "real-time" customer service, I come to note that they can only be reached by placing "ticket" requests. This is labor and time intensive that is counter-productive, especially for business owners where time is money.

After extensive back and forth referencing their own description of service having not matched up with what they were providing, they were so gracious to offer to refund my unopened starlink hardware (gee thanks!), but emphatically refused to refund the month of June even though I did not activate the account to go live; they claim that it's automatic.

I can't comment on the service or equipment, but NO STARS for my experience rating based on deceptive and/or convoluted description of service and policies alone; not to mention the limited access to timely customer service and "good faith" business practice.

I made an online order through DoLaLuna aka Pp.careu 11/21/20 order# GLD81235 tracking# LDYGL1012337559YQ for $265.62. At first I had to deal with them closing down their DoLaLuna website so that I couldn't see my order and when I tried contacting the customer service email supportATdolalunaDOTcom it was rejected, returned to me saying this email account doesn't exist. Then I tried using the tracking number they provided when I first placed the order, but the tracking website did not exist. I contacted Paypal and they messaged DoLaLuna and then suddenly I received an email from the customer service email that didn't exist before.

They directed me to track my package through the tracking website that previously hadn't existed, but was now conveniently up and running again only because PayPal was forcing them to provide tracking Eventually the order was delivered, but the items are not what I ordered -I ordered hand-dyed organic cotton clothing but received cheap thin plastic clothing that was sewed very haphazardly and hardly resembled the items I had ordered. This is a scam site. They steal photos from Pinterest and Etsy and claim to be going out of business then bait&switch. One reviewer said they're linked to several other businesses called Starlink Technology- the DoLaLuna website was only less than

6months old and they keep opening and closing websites under different names including Comfyr, fffdreamors, jadeloveu, fairlyparks, starlink www hkhk, Starlink HK, Starlink Hong Kong, Starlink 17 Canton Road Hong Kong when defending themselves on scam report websites they say you can check out their "ligitimate" website and provide a phone number +852 2376 1255 / 2951 5418 This same Starlink company will also acquire people's credit card info and charge people who have never bought anything- so they're committing straight up credit card fraud as well. On 7/15/20, I placed an online order for 2 T-shirts. I have never received any confirmation or shipping information, but my credit card was billed for $52.

I have not used Starlink Technologies nor authorized any payment. However, there was a charge on my Visa bill on July 27 for $55.22 from "Starlink Technology Hongkong HK".

On June 17, 2020, this company charged $89.97 to my debit card. I do not remeber placing an order through this site. I would just like to get my money back for these charges.
