Starbucks - 2nd time order was messed up. Murrysville Starbucks couldn’t seem to get any part of the order correct. BF placed order at drive through…

When my order was brought home it had no whip, no caramel ribbon crunch no extra espresso was not even the correct size. There was no name on it and no sticker on the cup.

We called to get a refund and they wasted 15 minutes going back and forth between the girl who answered, girl at the register, whomever took the order, made the order, worked the window and whomever else they could waste our time with. After which they said they couldn’t find the order at all. Then the little hint of "maybe you ordered it wrong - look at the sticker on the cup- which didn’t exist. Not even a name on the cup. Finally we got "The girl at the window doesn’t remember the order”

Asked to speak with the manager, Kim, who said our only option was to drive back to Murrysville #starbucks, a 45 min trip for us to go there - order- come back for a drink they messed up. They could not refund the card, give us app credit, nor an option to use at any other Starbucks.

What a rip-off! This is not the first time that this has happened. I normally order an iced shaken espresso – light on the ice – large, and this time again they gave me a large cup with only 75% or three quarters of the beverage. So, just to be As*H*les, they want to make a statement just to say that they are As*H*les – just because I ordered a cold beverage with “Light on the Ice”, they will sell to me a beverage that is with less value than what I paid for! Then, the As*H*le at the register had the audacity to lie when I asked him why the cup he handed me is only three quarters full?

He said that, ”they ran out of the “large cup” that they normally use to make the drink with and so they had use the medium cup instead to make my beverage”. So, I said, “what you’re really handing me is a medium beverage and charging me for a large”? His answer was, “do you want to speak to a manager”? What F*c**ng full of Sh*t! WTF is going on???

On top of all of this Sh*t, Starbucks has just raised all of their prices!!! What F*c**ng RIP-OFF! Do I want to speak to the manager??? For What??? That you guys are robbing customers like me???

On 4/19/22 a nutty African male Barista-Michael (with a heavy Accent) aggressively chastised a female customer because she had "napkins on her table" ... after she paid $6 for coffee.

At the time there were six seats available, yet he alleged "customers don't have anywhere to sit"; then continued aggressive backtalk, when she reported him to the Manager. If drama queen- Michael wants to attack customers, he should at least learn English!!

These three employees allowed a woman who was harassing me to stay in their store and told me to leave. The woman was another customer who threatened bodily harm to me because she said i was sitting too close to her. She was a total stranger to me and the workers told me to leave the store even though they witnessed that I had done nothing to provoke the threats from this woman. Shelly even denied that the woman threatened me.

I had been a regular customer at this store for six months and spent over two thousand dollars there. I was always respectful to the employees as well. The woman was a homeless person who was also yelling at the other workers.

This location is poorly run, the staff is particularly arrogant to local consumers. Typically a coffe shop is a hangout place to socialize, check your e-mails or do some home work on a laptop. This location is Everything but a hang out. The staff is very invasive, intruding and collecting private information. Connecting to the Wi-Fi takes a an account login, browsing url are monitored in line with the probe by an unfriendly STALKING staff attitude. Ok place for travellers no mentioning the quality of the products sold that have been subject to Kosher alert and EEOC complaint.

Upon performing school work, I was approached by Miguel or whatever her name is. Police had asked me to leave, and I was threatened by this person. Is this the type of experience that we should have while drinking coffee? Well, if you ask my attorneys they will tell you absolutely not. I would avoid going here if you want to have a quiet cup of coffee. I would however recommend going if you are interested in being thrown out for being a happy customer. Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Dear Starbucks Corporation Executive: I had a very Bad and Horrific Experience today at the Starbucks Store location at: 626 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario Canada M3H 2S1 which also happens to be my 86 year old mother's home location. Furthermore, I have been in Toronto, Ontario Canada since Sunday, December 10, 2017 visiting my 86 year old mother and Rarely Visit This Starbucks location.

In FACT: I think I have been there maybe once since I had arrived. Furthermore, I arrived there today on Friday, February 2, 2018 at approximately 10:00 a.m. and within about 15 minutes there was a Very Loud Noise In The Store which sounded like an Alarm. I was very concerned Not only for ME, but for the other customers and so I was only inquiring about it because it kept repeating itself for just a few times and the store employee would Not tell us what the noise was at first, but then he said it was coming from the building management department as an Alarm Test.

That was fine but as soon as I inquired about it then all of a sudden the same male store employee who told us about the alarm comes up to me and tells ME that I need to buy a drink immediately or leave the store. I was doing absolutely Nothing Wrong and I was NOT even there for that long to be Forced To Buy Something Immediately! I kindly told him to Stop Harassing ME being a Legitimate Gold Card Customer and to Leave Me Alone and I said it in a Polite Manner!

In about two (2) to five (5) five more minutes or less a plain clothes man comes up to ME and claims that he is the Store Manager and comes UP to ME and Forces ME To Buy A Drink Immediately Or Leave The Store! Then He Purposely and Deliberately LIES to me by Changing The Whole Story Around by Insinuating that I was Swearing At His Employee and then he says that "Customers Were Complaining About ME" and Kicks ME Out Of His Store Immediately!

This was 100% Not True! I do NOT know Why The Store Manager was Bullying ME along with his other male employee for Invalid and Untrue Reasons in such a Very Short Period Of Time! If I was "Swearing" or saying anything Wrong since I was sitting at a table by myself for Less Than 30 Minutes, then I want to Review The Video Footage and Witness What Was Said because the "Swearing" did NOT Come From My Mouth! Your Store Manager Was In Such A Bad Mood That He Waited By My Table Long Enough To See Me Pack My Few Things That I Had And Leave!

He Was Such A Hater, a Bully, a Nasty, Unprofessional Person who LIES about specific Starbucks Gold Card Customers that he does NOT Like For Whatever Reason and Makes Things Up Just To Kick Them Out So They Do Not Go Back Ever Again! I personally will Not Tolerate This Type Of Abuse Coming From A Starbucks Manager and/or from anybody for all that matters! I did call up Customer Service to Better Explain The Situation and was given a Reference/Case Number of: #180202-147132.

I am very much angry, upset and appalled that I would be Singled Out Of The Whole Store for doing Nothing Wrong when they have Street People, Bums, etc. Gathering Around Their Store quite often and Nothing Is Said To Them, but for ME to be doing Nothing Wrong and getting Kicked Out Just Like That is Extremely Ridiculous! I hope to hear back from their Regional Manager and/or District Manager to find a Fair Resolution because they definitely picked on the Wrong Gold Card Starbucks Customer!

This Starbucks Location Really Sucks And Has Poor Customer Service!

Customer Service and Repeat Customers Are An Important Part Of Staying in Business For Starbucks Like For Any Other Company!

However, the Treatment that both Jose Jordan and I received at this particular store location today at 4545 Campus Drive, Irvine, California 92612 (949) 854-2301 was Extremely Poor and Disgusting to say the Very Least!

Firstly, the whole store location was Overcrowded with absolutely No Places to sit and You Can See Customers Just Sitting There For Hours Just Doing Their School Work and Purchasing Very Little In Terms Of Product!

It felt more like Visiting A Library rather than Visiting A Starbucks Location!

Furthermore, I happen to be a Gold Card Customer for the past (10) years and when I was in this store location, I certainly did Not Feel Like One Anymore for several reasons.

When Jose Jordan and I could Not Find A Place To Sit, we immediately complained to the employee and/or store manager on duty who happened to be a male back on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at approximately 4:00 P.M. earlier today.

In Addition: This Starbucks Employee was so lazy, disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude and Never Addressed My Complaint, Nor Concerns Properly when I told him that we could NOT find a place to sit.

He Never took the courtesy, nor the initiative to search for two (2) seats for us to sit at and just used the excuse that there were No Available Seats Available Just To Get Rid Of Us!

I was very angry and furious and told him that I happen to be a Gold Card Customer for the past (10) years and mentioned that I am so Loyal that I even bought a Four (4) Case Of Starbucks Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink wthat I had with ME which were a part of the Starbucks Product Collection of what they sell to their customers and Deserve To Have Proper Seats since I am a Loyal Supporter Of Starbucks!

You know What He Told ME?

Answer: My Starbucks Products that I purchased do Not Count In Order To Be Seated In His Starbucks Location and that I have to purchase Products In His Store in order for them to be Considered Valid!

Is He Crazy, Stupid or What? The Products That I Had Purchased Are 100% Owned And Manufactured By Starbucks! It is Not like I was bringing in Coca Cola Products!

Who Hired Him Anyway? This man has No Legitimate Starbucks Customer Service Experience and Does Not Deserve To Be Working For, Nor Representing Starbucks in any matter, shape, or form.

Since we both were so Disgusted with his Poor Level Of Observation, Knowledge and Customer Service Treatment, we both Left The Store in Disgust and of course I took pictures of what I saw that I am Now Publishing on All Of The Social Media Websites for the World To See!

This is far from What I Expect From the Starbucks Experience and I Deserve Much Better Than That Low Level Of Very Poor Customer Service Treatment!

Do Not Visit This Disgusting, Low Class Starbucks Location!

This Location Has No Respect For Seniors, The Elderly And The Disabled!

Back on Friday, July 21st, 2017 at approximately 12:45 P.M., I went with my 86 year old mother, Mrs. Helene Shore to the Starbucks location at:

1 Queen Street East #G5, Toronto, Ontario Canada M5C 2W5.

Before we purchased anything, my mother needed to sit down since she is 86 Years Old and Uses A Walker and so I looked around the store to see what.tables and/or seats were available.

At this particular Starbucks location, there were tables outside, but it was Way Too Hot For Her To Sit Out There, however, inside there were about four (4) tables which were all occupied by No More Than One (1) Person Per Table.

I therefore went to at least one of the tables to ask if my Disabled Mother can sit down at her table since she was Occupying A Whole Table That Had Seats For Four (4) Persons and My Request Was Refused Stating That She Was Waiting For Other People Which I Knew Was A Big LIE!

I was very angry and offended that this Very Selfish Female Customer Refused To Offer My Mother One Of The Available Seats At Her Table since she was Not Waiting For Anybody and Just Wanted To Hog The Table All To Herself!

I went immediately to the front of the store to Complain About The Very Rude and Selfish Customer about it and Your Female Employee told ME that there was Nothing That She Could Do About It (even though there were at least Three (3) Extra Seats Available And Free at that table.

Not Only That, but the Other Tables all had Plenty Of Empty Seats In Them since there was ONLY one (1) person seated at each table and once again, Your Female Employee Refused To Even Offer My 86 Year Old Disabled Mother With Her Walker One Of The Other Seats Either as an Alternative!

I did NOT know that Your Starbucks Seats are Reserved For Specific Customers?

Since When Can A Disabled Person Not Be Seated At A Starbucks Table that Has Available Seating!

Disgusting, Filthy and Ridiculous!

That Female Employee Of Yours Deserves To Be FIRED for this!

No Excuses Shall Be Accepted On How She Just Treated One Of Her Starbucks Disabled Customers!

Shame On You For Your Disgusting, Unprofessional, Low Class Actions!

Please Note: I did call up your customer service phone number today at approximately 12:50 P.M. to file a complaint about this Horrible Starbucks Experience and I was on the phone for about 20 Minutes and during the conversation I asked to speak to a supervisor and then I was put on hold.

However, No Supervisor Ever Came To The Phone and while I was holding for such a long time I was also Disconnected as well and had to Start All Over Again!

When I called back again, I was transferred to a different Customer Relations Department and finally was able to File The Complaint From Start To Finish and was given this Case Number: #29220600.

However, this does Not Relieve Me From The Stress, Aggravation and Humiliation and Embarrassment that my mother and I went through at that location and because my mother, Mrs. Helene Shore could Not Be Accommodated and Treated As A Proper Starbucks Customer By Giving Her A Proper Available Seat In The Starbucks Location, we Both Left The Store Without Making Our Purchase.

I am very, very Angry, Upset, Pissed Off and Disgusted Over Your Female Employee's Behavior and will Not Be Returning Back To This Location, Ever!

In Addition: I am forwarding copies of My Negative, Detailed Review With Pictures That I Took To Show Exactly How Empty The Tables Actually Were In That Starbucks Location To All Of The Corporate Executives That Run Your Company Out In Seattle, Washington.

Nobody (Including Disabled Persons) Deserves This Type Of Abuse And I Personally Will Not Accept It, Nor Tolerate It!

I'm gonna skip the backstory and cut straight to the chase. Today, on Aug, 23rd, approx. 3:10pm, I ordered an ice water with flavor (peppermint) like I have done before and in many other coffee shops (I'm not a cheapscape, just notoriously broke. Don't you dare judge!) I have always been charged for the flavor (55 cents) Now all of a sudden, without any announcement, warning or hint what so ever, a (free) ice water with flavor (55 cents) is now charged as an iced tea! According to the Barista, they have just received a notification to charge it that way. This is clearly a blatant ripoff on behalf of Starbacks. Do they even think about the customers they will lose before they enforce such a b*******?? Ok, I understand if some stores charce 10 cents for a plastic cup. I reluctantly looked past the fact that they put a name to a shot of espresso topped whip cream and charged triple it's value, but this... this takes the cake! As long as this scam goes on, I feel compelled to avoid any starbucks in town and take my business elsewhere. I did end up paying for the flavor, but those kind of stunts are a major, if not the main reason why their customers jump the ship. An espresso shot topped with whip cream should be charged as that. A free ice water with 55 cents of flavor should be charged for the flavor and NOTHING else!! Until this is abolished, I'm done with SCAMBUCKS!
