Ordered face mask from them in march and have yet to get them. I have called and e-mailed them many many times and i have heard nothing. So they have taken my money and ran with it by the looks of things. Will be contacting the bank. Sad people have to be like this when all people are trying to do is be safe and spend money on only things they need at this time. Will not ever order anything off face book again. My daughter has also been scammed by another company that was on face book. So my suggestion to all is not to order any thing off face book!
On April 10,2020, I found an advertisment for ventilated saftey mask and used my credit card to order 5 at a cost of $83.00 I did not receive a receipt nor any form of conformation of my transaction. I have not received the mask. I contacted the number listed and received a voice mail that their operating hour are 10-5pm.
It said for issues with orders someone would come on the line to assist or go the the support email address and someone will contact me. I remained on hold after the prompt and received no assistance. I think Ive been ripped off by this company and would like them investigated. This web page came up when i was attempting contact with the Startechmedia company.
