Couple of weeks ago , we ordered 10 tons of rocks from this location on which 5 tons dellivered were the wrong size. I called Oliver to have them picked up and explained it was the wrong size, we even sent him a picture with a tape measure in the middle that they delivered 2" rocks intead of the 3/4" rocks we ordered and sample was given by one of their associates. he insisted they were right size even after looking at the picture and said they were right because thats what the quarry gave them, I explained to him thats its possible the quarry made a mistake labeling the rocks but he said absolutely not, they don't make a mistake.oliver had has wait 4 days before they picked up the rocks and on that day, the truck they had was leaking fluid and my pool guy had showed it to me after they were gone. he then tried to scrub and hose it off thinking it will just diminish as the days pass.
The HOA company asked us to have them clean it up or they will witheld our $2000 deposit. The pool company that used them, thats brings them business every project he has, had reached out to them to clean it, I myself also reached out to Oliver and explain the situation, he then just told me that his trucks never leak that much fluid and that his guys saw me when they left and thats eveyrthing was ok, which once again he's taking their side of story when the fact is I never saw the guys when they left, i saw them when they got there while I was walking my dogs.
We had spent a lot of money at this place for our backyard and this is how they treat their customers, I would NEVER go back to this place. DO NOT spend your hard earned money here.
The rocks we ordered from them will now cost us more to have their mess clean. they are a total ripoff. Stay away from them.
