Raymond Stancer and Mitchell Rose / law firm Stancer Gossin Rose LLP Raymond Stancer claimed to be acting for the " Santos" as mortgagees and commenced mortgage action and obtained judgment and costs orders from the Court on behalf of the "Santos" on property at Balliol Ave in Toronto . The Santos knew nothing about the mortgage action taken on their behalf and further more, had never met nor retained the law firm Stancer Gossin Rose LLP . The Santos also had not received any money on their registered mortgage or the court action that Stancer Gossin Rose LLP took on their behalf.
