1) waiting room too small - had to stand for part of the two hours I had to wait to see doctor
2) office staff rude, cold and extremely unfriendly (like they hated being there)
3) wouldn't open the office window all the way.... I had to stand with my legs touching the legs of a patient sitting in a lobby waiting chair - (again no room to spread things out a bit... ridiculously unprofessional)
4) office located in the ghetto - don't park a nice car in the parking lot - may be missing when you come out.
4) I went in to have a few skin tabs and moles looked at (removed). When Stacy removed the skin tabs she left part of the skin tab protruding above the skin level rather than smooth it down to the skin level. What the hell was she thinking? Right next to one skin tab that she hacked away at... she left two others that should have been trimmed off - how lazy and rude when she was right there and could have removed them in 2 seconds.
5) I had blood all over my underwear - poor blood management!
I've had many moles removed - I'm 53. This was the worst and most unprofessional office I have ever seen.
I'll never go back. I'm also calling my insurance company and making sure that they bill my insurance correctly.
What they did wasn't worth anything! I could have done a better job myself.
6) top if off - they don't want to listen to your complaint. The rude office person who answered the phone acted like she could give a s**t and hung up on me.
Stacy - you are a hack. I called my primary and told them you are a hack and how unprofessional your office is set up... and told them not to refer any more patience your way.. it's a poor reflection on their office.
Next time someone calls in to complaint - instruct your office to take a message and call them back (or better yet.. put the call straight through).
Now you can deal with this review popping up every time someone Googles your name! Have a great day!
