I tried to, but could not purchase: "Curiosity Stream HD Plan: Lifetime Subscription for $179.00" before the time to purchase it expired. Paypal has split payments option but Stacksocial won't allow it.
They do it time and time again. Claim they're under "contract" from the owners of said VPN software to keep prices ridiculously low and there's a "no refund" policy. I contacted the original VPN company CyberGhost and they said they do not do business with the aforementioned company and that this constitutes fraud. Had I gone through the VPN company itself they do not offer a life time membership and there is no such package. Since this company is in CA the third party seller I can sick the feds, state attorney general and more on em. They're breaking the law people and it needs to be stopped. It's a scam probably based out of the middle east or India somewhere. they are known to rip people off.

Can this be fixed?
Any suggestions?
