I just won a judgement against Jeff Paul 'aka' Skip Ransom of Stackin' Dimes Custom Fencing and Gates. Jeff Paul aka skip ransom took my $500. deposit and did not do the work he promised and refused to return my deposit. I hired him to build me custom driveway gates and some fencing. All he did was dig 4 post holes and ask for more money up front. In fact he said he needed all of the money up front and he wanted me to buy all of the materials a week later. I told him if he could not complete the job as promised then to return my deposit and we would part as friends. He refused to return my $500. deposit so I took him to Civil Court and today won a Judgement for the Plantiff. Skip or Jeff or whatever he calls himself failed to show up.
