This was suppsoe to be a free trial offered by paying shipping only . I called before the alotted time of 14 days and cancelled as this product caused extreme stomach upset for me . i was told I needed to return to unused portion , recieved an email with the return authorization , but when it came to the return address it was only listed as United States . I ended up making three calls and got a different return address each time . All customer service personel were very hard to understand , and had them spell out the address each time . I even called the post office in Utah and spoke with them only to find out that P.O. Box was incorrect that was given to me . Real shady outfit and after reading several complaints I see if you ship back unused product it is refused because they will not take back opened containers , so how can a person try the product if you cannot open the bottles . They also shipped capsules which I did not order . Any and all phone numbers I could run down on them all went to a foreing customer service 3rd party . They need to be shut down , do not buy from this company . I called and had my card blocked . The service rep there said they had seveal complaints on this company and promptly put a block on them . That is not to say they could bill me under several other alias , so will keep a close eye on my staements . Sad !
