This is regarding their horrible practices and awful incompetence in ability to deliver,considering their line of work, in treatment of dlc goods.I pre-ordered FFXV for the PS4 off Amazon. This entitled me to a code to use on a website ran by S.E. called Roadtrip FFXV. You watch kind of interactive gameplay clips and click circles and it unlocks groups of dlc items. Upon completion you click redeem and it is supposed to email you a code to use on the PSN to get the items. Trouble is they never sent it. Many thousands of people have had this issue and their response was to change your email and various things in profile. Did that, went through again,trying to redeem (wouldn't allow). All information entered was correct, spam folders checked, and what is supposed to be an automated response of a code has turned into a huge blame game. Amazon blames Sony, Sony blames S.E., S.E. ignores the issue,sends a canned response saying check spam or did you enter email correctly and blames me and never proceeds past that point. Well *** you very much too. Happy to preach the gospel about Square Enix. You hear digital download and that name together think incompetence and canned non-responses. Cutting out access to cut content for the customer who is owed access to it.That's low, even for slime like Square Enix, North America.

I bought one copy for myself 8 days ago. Went fine. Using a prepaid vanilla mastercard. Later,using a different prepaid vanilla mastercard, I bought two more copies so my cousin and his wife could play.
One went fine.The second is where I had the issue.They put it in pending, requesting more varification.
They requested personal ID, which i didn't think i should. But i did it anyways.I sent them my SIN and Health card, along with the vanilla prepaid mastercard i used. What they did was remove the order from my square, with no email warning. And the charge is still on the card. The have offered no apologies or anything about h*o they are going to make this right.I haven't received an email from them in 24 hours.
It's like they just erased everything and stole my money. I have a picture of the card internet statement, where you can clearly see both charges.I sent them an email with all the info and pictures, but no response.
So today, i decided to just buy another copy (this time using paypal to be safer) so we could just play toether and have fun.
Now they have put it in pending once more, and I have still received nothing except an email saying they have to do additional verification.
I have emails from them confirming all these purchases.I have pictures.And I still can't do anything, while they steal from me.I just want to play the game with my friends.I have never reported anything here before this.I have no idea what to do.Please be careful using this site.

In Final Fantasy 14 the Real Money Traders ("RMT") have
basically taken over the game.

Square Enix is in bed with these RMT people I wonder
how much money a month Square Enix gets to look the
other way from the RMT people.
The players of the game have been screaming for
Square Enix to do more but they continue to ignore
their player base.
Even myself I have posted messages on the FFXIV
forums asking that they at least put in an option where
you can right click on a name in the chat and report a
player similar to what other MMOs have.
Many people have posted on their forums asking
for a way to stop the Gill spam in game and all of
the reports by different players have fallen on deaf
ears. If you search there are literately hundreds if
not thousands of requests asking Square Enix to
do more to stop this.
