They sent a bad item, I paid to send it back . They said they'd issue a refund, did not. Almost a year now. Merry Christmas to them. No response to many emails, calls, BBB, FTC, Indiana Attorney General.
Total RIP OFF ! Worst customer service in history. Will not return calls, will incessantly give you the run around and extract more monet from you only to still have no working product, less money and hours and hours of aggrivation. A total joke in my opinion
