called this person about buying a bengal kitten.Sent him my information and had to sign a contract.Wanted money sent by western union or moneygram.$550.00 for kitten with shipping and an additional $50.00 for home delivery.Checkrd his location online and information everything looked good.Sent money from walmart for a total of $600.00.talked to him on the phone a few times everything looked good. The next day i called him to find out what was going on and he said the kitten was ready but unfortunately he needed $350.00 to $400.00 more for shipping.I was told that the $600.00 dollars covered everything. Tried to say he didn't have free shipping anymore even though it was on his website and in the email i was sent.I told him i couldn't pay anymore for the bengal kitten. He said he would see what he could do for me. I didn't here from him at all for the rest of the day so i texted him and he kept saying in a text send $250. [continued below]....
