I have been an listener of your program for about 10 years. I have gained so much knowledge from both you Sir and your program. My wife was an employee of sprouts farmers market for nearly two years. she was evaluted by her supervisors as being a quality worker receiving a score of 4.3 out of a possible 5.0.

My wife was promised a promotion and a raise if she complied. once her supervisior returned from vacation she was denied both a promotion and a raise.....for no apparent reason. my wife is from the phillipeans.
Myself, I am a former combat Marine that has served our county for many years. I was the Director of the Verterans assistance program for nearly 7 years and choose to resign due to my wife's problems. I was force to represent my wife in her pursuit for justice. I filed on her behalf to both the EEOC and the CCRD and gained our letters to the right to sue. Both agenicies agreed with my wife's position. Due to her employment she had to go through mutual binding arbitration. Which we have been doing. We had an attorney whom choose to sell my wife out to sprouts. We caught her lying to us on multiple occassions. We terminated this attorney. I than had two represent my wife, at Jams.
Sprouts in house attorney balantly lied in his report to the CCRD, numerous times, which was apparent to the CCRD. going into arbitration Sprouts hired an outside law firm. Squire,Patton and Boggs. I am by no means an attorney. I personally was overwhelmed with tecnoicalities. Which I could not handle and was threaten with sanctions or dismissal.
I than choose an attorney from your referral list Mr. Sean OLsen, Great guy but he could not take the case due to a conflict of interest. He did encourage us to fight on stating we had a great case. Infact, we have over 40 civil rights violations that Sprouts has committed. We our currently in seach of another attorney which has not been promissing due to our time rerstrrains. We need you help Sir. Please Please contact me.
