Bed Bug alert! our family woke up covered with bed bug bites and painful blisters in a few days. The front desk's response was..."F**k you!" no kidding, its the blacks against asians crew here -- very hostile and even more rude and abusive for a 3 start hotel run like a brothel. We heard moaning and creaking all night. Totally trying to sadistically destroy a perfectly peaceful christmas family vacation.
The room was over 90 degrees when we entered - yes, 90+ - the heater was broken but they refused to change the room. We felt nauseous while pleading with the thug until I decided to check out, only then he changed the room (deliberately) to the room that was infested with bed bugs. Now we just had to get our home fumigated.
My company was contracted to supply housekeepers for Springhill. It has taken them over month to pay us. We were told by the manager that he would be able to pay us internally. He stated he waa given checks foe that purpose. After not receiving a payment he then tells us that it will be 30 days he also told me that we are not the only vendor that has not been paid.
They paid us a total of 4000.00 for the month and that inclused 6 housekeepers and a maintenance man. Even if it were 30 days that is not the full balance thag is owed to my company. I reached out several times without getting an answer it was only until today that I received an answer to my text after I said I was going to review their property on my tv show.
