I purchased my vehicle from Spradley Chevy in 2005. It has been a great vehicle with the exception of the ignition switch. They had always been courteous and knowledgeable, and I trusted them for my vehicle care. They went so far as to advise that minor repairs would be costly & were unnecessary (burned out panel lights). However, in the last year they have disappointed me time and again. In January 21st, 2017, my mom brought the vehicle up for a scheduled appointment. We have to travel about 100 miles to get to Pueblo. Upon arrival they advised her that they were busier than expected & may not have time to check it at all. She told them if they did get a chance to check it to focus on the 4 wheel drive. When she returned they had checked everything EXCEPT the 4 wheel drive. They said the vehicle needed brakes. After the poor service there, she decided to get the brakes repaired in our home town, and the mechanic said she did not need brakes.
On January 17th, 2018, the vehicle started acting like it had when the ignition switch was going out again. Since Spradley had repaired it several times before, we went to them. We also requested a bid on headlight lens replacement. They said it probably was the ignition switch AGAIN and the headlights would cost $300 a piece plus 2 hours of labor. I can get a pair of headlights for $102.95 from 1A Auto, $153.98 a pair from Oreilly, or $224 a pair from Autozone. Something is not right there. Do NOT trust Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai in Pueblo Colorado. They will rip you off.
