I signed up under the pretense that the membership was ONLY $9.98 monthly. I thought great I can afford that. The representative took my debit card information, and never disclosed to me there was annual fee of $60.00 I never seen a contract or even signed a contract from the gym. They just took my card information and signed me up. At no point was there ever a paper contract to read.
