Scam. The review above is spot on, actually. Here's hoping some sort of governing body shuts these people down before they damage any more small businesses or staff.
Public service announcement Don't work for them or use the for Google services. This is by far in my opinion the worst company to work for.They mistreat and mindf$&k staff. The CEO has an ego similar to the go of Donald trump. The CEOs wife thrives on gossip and starting rumours about current and ex staff. There is a list of ex staff who have left the company with nothing to show for there hard work other then anxiety and damaged careers. When you leave the company... You are told you can't work for another agency or start your own business otherwise threats of legal action ensue. The bulletproof your business author them calls you to remind you of your ridiculous contract using scare tactics and threats.
As a client, you will be given a client manager who is forced to manage over 120 clients (this is almost triple what it should be at max). Minimal work is done to accounts but yet when you try to cancel this service even though there is no contracts, you are subject to ongoing save tactics with the promise of more work or free management etc... Truste, if you are a current client, call them and try to cancel... You will soon see what I mean. Even the operations manager has complained of some pretty serious accusations in the past but is now the puppet of the CEO and his wife. The sales team are taught to find any possible angle to tell a prospective client how their Adwords account or seo is failing them. A Google crawler is setup to cold call and business using Google Adwords.

We must do everything it takes to keep the customer to even 'appearing surprised' when knowing it was our fault...
It all seems legitimate and you are promised the world when starting, however within 2 months the sugar hit fades really quickly.
I can guarantee this place will be investigated by Four Corners or ACA/ASIC/FAIRWORK one of these days.
The ingrained culture of fear and intimidation is at breaking point. They run their sales team (almost) like an underground boiler-room.
They have played musical chairs with senior staff within the organisation as the degree of incompetence is staggering. The pressure they place on their client managers is sweatshop-nightmare quality, I have seen some good people crumble with depression and who cry daily from the stress.
In fact our CEO has been linked with criminal M.Featherstone who ran boiler room call scam centres and linked with organised crime, old Mick attended a 'Sponno' Christmas party or two!
What else? Oh yes, they promise the world to their clients as long as they keep their weekly fee coming in from adword packages, seo and so-forth.

The fun doesn't end there, they have a subsidiary company 'GMT' or Get More Traffic based on the Gold Coast run by a dictator type character General Manager Kerry Anderson who has bullied staff over the years, I've even witnessed him engaging with 'yelling matches' with the TL for GMT based in our Valley Office.
I could go on, please 'google' and do some research before joining, unless you are that desperate for money.

Very Responsive
We used Sponsored Linx for Adwords. We found the staff to be extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. If we made a request for an addition or a change, it was done the same day. When we had questions they were answered. We liked having an account manager and a real person to call or email, rather than using a central email pool like another company we have previously used. We would wait a week and send several contact requests and hear nothing. It was very frustrating. This doesn't happen with SL. We were able to talk to our account manager any time and get a fast response. We found every staff member we dealt with to be helpful, warm and friendly. We were able to leave when we were able to take over managing the ads ourselves.
