The owner's son Bill refuses to pay me since March 2016; I have not been paid a single dime. I worked for Bill since March 1, 2016. I was suppose work 150 hours a month at $10.00 an hour and free KOA pull through site rent worth $550.00 a month. I ended up working a full 9 hours a day. 5 days a week. If Bill had it his way I would have worked more days. He still owes me for four months of earned rent. I was being taken advantage of real bad. I couldn't get Bill to give me the proper working papers. I believe he wanted me to work under the table I was forced to put my hours down by hand writing thankfully I have a video of him saying, "show me your time card" and making other statements implicating himself boldly ready to deny that I even worked for him and that he had every intention not to pay me. He is a drunk so come around 6:30 pm he is load on whiskey everyday. This time he snared himself while drunk. I ended up working full time instead with no lunch breaks or 10 minute breaks. Bill was getting mad at me because I refuse to work on my Sabbath even though this was worked out in advance. I quit working for him per un-ethical business practices. Upon quiting Bill got angry and retaliated against me by evicting me getting a sherif to remove me in just a few hours fabricating a lie so that he would not have to pay me at all or so that I could not use up my four mouths rent credit owed to me by Bill. Bill lied to the sheriff and told him that I was a crazy lady and was driving crazy on his property and he needed me evicted. The sheriff went along even though it was a civil matter and illegal for him to work with Bill. Bill used two shady year round renters; although it is illegal for them to be staying on the campgrounds year round they are doing this and there are many others...this is how Bill gets many of his positive reviews while the rest pay $48.00 a night in the summer many pay $550.00 a month. One of the shady witnesses living on site K8 are known to be drug traffickers by site J8 and Bill's last employee the second witness. J8 has since left and the other witness just got done telling me to turn Bill in to the BBB and told me that the black family living in K8 are using drugs while children and animals are present. This same couple...the wife asked me if I wanted to smoke marajuana with her. I reminded her that I am an Israelite so no! Bill's last cleaning person use to work for Bill before me and had some resentment against him. Bill was allowing this black couple to harass me and bully me and vandalize my travel trailer. He is known for refusing to enforce the rules putting families, children, and animals in danger. He allows people to shower with their dogs and he allows people to speed on the property. While I was working for Bill his own mother would get angry about this she called him a coward and get angry at Bill for refusing to enforce the rules or handle the vandalism. His mother has demenshia. His wife never got involved until I quit. Bills son was just as calculating and was stealing from the customers and both Bill and his son Nichoulas are reselling the firewood that the customer leave behind on thier site; this is illegal. In the front desk that is a cashier register that is special for the store because it will not produce a receipt so they will intientional refuse you a receipt I believe they are ripping off the KOA name because for every cent they make they have to pay the KOA corporate office a percentage. I was refused a receipt. Bill's son was attempting to get flirtous and would mis-understand my motives inspite of bhim being married. I would often make it clear that I was not interested; my exact words were we are allieds in this snake pit. Only Nichouls was no allie his response was to get rid of me behind my back accusing me of distructing a counter when I had the reputation of cleaning beyond excellent and being a fantastic worker. Even the customers knew I was being taken advantage of. While I was pulling a wagon and being forced to buy my own supplies the guys were riding on wheelers. I would clean all cabins, lodges, and both bathroom sets in one day and paint picnic tables plus rake rocks. I was doing the guys work as well. Nichlous would tell me his has my back. The real dark truth is that these guys turn on me in a heart beat and if the guys are left to tend to the bathrooms they are unsanitary and the cabins and lodges have bed bugs and in depth are not really being cleaned. The toilets get vacuumed of pubic hairs in the lodges and that is it. They might take the hose to the bathroom but that is not what I did. I deep cleaned first then I washed down. I put hangers, iron board, and made it nice in the laundry room and bill told me he didn't want the customers ironing their clothes in the laundry room. He is fake and two-face; and often would put his own son down to my face. Bill knew I had physical disabilities and he didn't give a crap. He was getting angry because when I refused to work on my Sabbath and he would intentionally agitate me about it stressing me out. I was doing my work and some of the guys. They were so lazy you woud hardly ever see any of them walk. They always ride on some kind of machine. The black couple was bulling me and harassing me and these witnesses have been living here year round which is illegal according to CODES. My tire was knifed. Under the surface Spokane KOA is not really what the reviews say somebody stole a shop vac right out of the men's bathroom while Bill was unclogging a shower. Bill lies to the customers deceiving them into believing it is ok to leave their vesel's doors open and stuff outside and nothing will happen but is not true. Bill just wants that appearance. He said to me that Native Indians are the most dirtiest people and he can't stand them. Everytime they came in with children he was so quick to blame them for destruction in the bathrooms but I noticed it was the caucasian people who were making the messes, not flushing toilets, hanging their clothes up outside their trailers like it was Jersey it was so ghetto; it made Bill's son so mad he got revenge by moeing underneath so the fuel would get on the clothes. This family got revenge often. They are not what the reviews say. Those public reviews are from people who got good deals from Bill. The worse one that stuck in my head was this woman who washed her dog on the picnic table and the dark hair with glasses cashier lady who always defends Bill's miscond tells me that she was only blow drying the hair. I was like same bloody difference the customer complaining said he would never eat on that picnic again. What finally blew my top was when Bill discriminated against two Muslim families twice denying them cabin and lodge rentals. Bill basically fabricated a situation to get me kicked of the property so that he wouldn't have to pay me my wages. I really need to be paid. Bill does not believe that I would turn him in.
