I subscribed to it b1g1free. Use a code to get deal. Received email Dec 13,2016 it was shipped never received my box, I emailed them 8+ times. No response. Today my acct was charged $39.99. This is pure ripoff. Will be at my bank tomorrow.
SpoilMeowUp is running a scam stating they have a subscription based cat product monthly box. They offered one FREE TRIAL BOX and then right after hundreds of us signed up they then changed their offer to you must BUY a $40 box even if you are not happy with the TRIAL. I placed my order on Dec 20th at noon and in my photo you can clearly see they changed the offer ASAP the same day. I still have never gotten this FREE TRIAL BOX and neither have alot of people on their facebook page. I have proof of emailing them 3 times and they never once responded to say where the first FREE box is.
At that point I contacted my bank. Clearly fraud. Today spoilmeowup.com attempted to charge my credit card for the 2nd box ($40 one I never agreed to) and of course I have already contacted my bank and stopped payment to them. I urge you all not to give this company any credit card information and not to deal with this company they are scam artists and shady to say the least.
I just worry about everyone who didn't contact their credit cards company that was now scammed out of $40. I pray this post will help others to not get scammed by them. I am including the company contact info also.
I just want to warn people about this company. It is a total bait and switch scheme. Facebook had a ad for one 100% free full size trail box. After being pulled in i paid my shipping. I happened to scan their facebook posts a few minutues later only to see they had deleted all prior posts and made a post about how their trial was being abused so any purchases made could not be canceled until the second box had been purchased. This was not noted in their 100% free trial. So, as i understood. Even if i thought my trial box was horrid i would still be obligated to purchase a second box. These were not the terms i purchased my box with. This is a complete scam. I have never heard of a company making the rules as they go! well i have and they end up sued or on Outscam. To top it off, they tried to bill my credit card a second time even after i told them the same day to not send their dreaded box. The best part, any unhappy customer reports will be deleted of faceebook! forget about asking for a tracking number.. They will just block you. If you have already paid this company do yourself a favor and cancelyour credit card. Who knows what they will do with it.

In November 2016, I responded to an add for a BOGO offer for cat treats and toys delivered to your home. The advertisement did not specify that the initial box would be a sample box, but did specify that you must sign up for a minimum of two months and could cancel after that time. I was surprised and disappointed in the intial box, which arrived in an unsealed box with a hand-written address label which caused concern. I posted a blistering post on Facebook and was directed to an FAQ page, which stated that the initial box would be a sample box and that the second box would be full size. I decided that I had been duped, but I was stuck for the next month (Buyer Beware). When I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, I sent an email requesting confirmation of cancellation going forward. I then received an email advising that I would receive a response in 48 hours. I waited a week for a response and during that time did not receive my package. My next emails requested a tracking number and confirmation of cancellation. I have, as of now, sent three emails requesting cancellation and the tracking number from the January shipment. At this point, I am looking into legal action.
I have been charged 80.00 for two orders for spoilmeowup and never received them .I asked for my money back and noone answers me Patricia Cincinnati Ohio
DO NOT TAKE A "FREE" TRIAL FROM THIS PLACE. I signed up for a "free" trial box from this website as ADVERTISED on Facebook. No where does it say you must pay for the second month to get your "free" trial. I got an email saying my "free" box had shipped, a month later I never got it. I paid with my prepaid card just in case. Luckily I did, because I got an email a month later that my payment for the next months box didn't go through. Yet, I still hadn't received my "free trial" box. They say they're preventing fraud. But how can you offer a free box but not send it until someone pays for the second. I have now emailed them FIVE times in 3 months.
I've Facebook messaged them THREE times and still NO RESPONSE. They have now tried to charge my card for THREE MONTHS in a row. I commented on their Facebook post about their supposed "free trial box" with my experience. They have since blocked me on Facebook and deleted my comments. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They claim you can cancel whenever but they will not answer NUMEROUS responses via Facebook and via email. I finally got an email four months later that my subscription has been cancelled. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS "FREE" TRIAL. You will be charged over and over and the company will not cancel. And probably like in my case, block you from Facebook so you can't even share your experience. This company is awful.
